Lovely, Quiet Downtown Bismarck Condo
This quiet Condo unit provides a cozy living room, spacious dining room, and full kitchen with plenty of space. Both bedrooms also have ample space to get a good night's rest. The TV is a Smart TV, so you can log into your favorite app and sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite show. Our place is easily walkable downtown and near lots of eateries! We are very sorry, but our building’s HOA doesn’t allow pets.

The owners of ECHO Property Group have lived in Bismarck, ND, most of their lives. They both left shortly for college, and were excited to move back home to start a family. The owners will gladly share their favorite restaurants and places to see in and around Bismarck/Mandan.
Why they chose this property
This is our first of hopefully many rental properties in the Bismarck/Mandan area. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality rentals where you can feel most comfortable. Every piece of furniture is hand-picked, and many pieces are vintage and have actually been in the family for years.
What makes this property unique
The owners manage this property themselves. They pride themselves in offering exceptional and genuine customer service. They’re both currently in the ND Army National Guard, and their strong work ethic shows. David is a team lead in his Real Estate business, and Callie is a Registered Nurse and owns her own home decorating business.
