Property given to someone else after I reserved and paid in full.

I was moved to the red drum house after having my rental given to someone else. I was told it was new but most furnishings were old and it seemed to be a mediocre remodel. Floor vents rusted, a power recliner that wouldn’t recline. All being said it was a decent rental because of the view.
