Why choose a hotel room when you can sleep well in this peaceful and centrally located guest suite? A short drive to Anna Maria Island, IMG, and downtown Bradenton. The kitchenette features a microwave, flat stone, and single burner hot plate. Enjoy a cup or a pot of coffee in the morning on your private patio. With 2 smart TVs and fast WI-FI, you can enjoy a day in after enjoying nearby Anna Maria beaches and Downtown Bradenton attractions.
There are two houses on the property with no shared spaces. This newly renovated 600-square-foot cottage includes:
-your own private yard space with a secluded patio.
-queen platform bed.
-fully stocked with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
-living room with a pullout couch that serves as a second bed.
-linens are provided including bath and beach towels
-chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler bag for beach days.
-A pack-n-play/high chair can be available upon request.
-washer and dryer on-site
Your host provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby.
We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have 2 smart tvs that you can access your subscriptions.
No smoking of any kind inside. $300 fee charged for smoking inside.
Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside. This camera is located facing the driveway for your safety and ours. It does record audio and video.

We fell in love with Bradenton when our son moved to the area. We are almost empty nesters waiting for the day that we can make Florida our forever home.
Why they chose this property
After spending time in Sarasota, St Petes, Indian Rocks, and AMI we knew that the Gulf side was the one for us. Bradenton was the best of all of them. Centrally located in the middle of all of our favorite places. This house was the perfect size for our family and so we took the leap and bought it. We spent several months putting our hearts and soul into renovating it. When we cannot use it ourselves, we hope that other families will feel right at home.
