Located just east of downtown Houston with great access to major highways putting you just about 10 min away from major Houston attractions like Minute Maid Park home of the Astros, George R. Brown Convention Center, PNC Stadium home of the Dynamo and the Toyota Center. Modern two story home that was newly constructed in 2019. Master retreat with custom walk in shower and oversized jetted tub. Quite street with gated access and private 2 car garage. Kitchen is fully equipped and is truly a chefs dream.

This was our first time in Houston. The area we were in is going through some gentrification. Believe or not it was mostly quiet and peaceful. Depending on your comfortability, this was a okay stay. Do your research about the area.

I was totally upset when i saw the neighborhood it is not somewhere i felt safe In the pictures online they were very deception . I wouldn't recommend this property to elderly or families i am 76 years old and with all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor the stairs were a challenge I am sure a family with children would not want to stay here

Quiet, Clean & Very Homey!

While the neighborhood is up and coming, it was the perfect location and very quiet. The house is incredible. We typically eat out during trips, but we ended up cooking at the house. Very accommodating. Clean & empty garage. Master bathroom and closet was beautiful and very spacious. The upstairs game/sitting area was a cute addition and the extra bedrooms are very nice. The house smelt great as well! I could go on and on. A must stay if you’re traveling to the area. Quick and easy access to a wonderful host!

Quick Trip to Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

This property met all our expectations plus more. Everything matched with the website plus extras. About 20-30 minute drive to NRG stadium depending on traffic. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The house was big and beautiful I will recommend this to everyone only thing I didn’t like was that I was in the hood and we had to travel A lil to find excitement but for the most part it was soo comfortable and homie

Great house

This house was clean and spacious for our group. The neighborhood is up and coming but it’s literally 10 mins from everything downtown. The owner was great and even gifted a bottle of wine. The only suggestion I would make it to put a tv in every bedroom. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Houston.

Amazing property!!!

Great experience. The property was as advertised. I will definitely stay here again. It was very clean and very specious! The location was close to everything bars, stores, downtown, etc. It was only 20 minutes away from the airport! There are only tvs in the master bedroom and living room. But no biggie still loved the place. The owner was very helpful and communicates quickly.

Perfect gem

Location was conveniently close to all of the places we planned to visited. The house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We felt really safe during our stay. The house is equipped w/ Ring Door bell , a security system , the home is gated and has a in car garage. The checkin process was very smooth. The host was very responsive and communicated effectively. The host left a bottle of wine and a nice note to welcome us. The master bathroom and closet was my favorite part of this house. The washer and dryer set was a plus. Fully stocked with towels and washcloths. The beds are very comfortable. The two rooms don’t have TVs but it was perfectly fine since we don’t watch much TV. I would highly recommend staying at this property. If fit all of our needs. When I return to Houston I’ll be definitely trying to stay here again.
