Located on the 2nd floor, the condo can accommodate up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the loft-style second bedroom, a King bed in the downstairs third bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living space.

Please note, that this condo does not have elevator access. The open-concept living space features modern furniture with tropical decorations, ceiling fans, and a large flat-screen TV. The tile floors and vaulted ceilings make this open floor plan feel extra cool and comfortable.

Upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom with a King-size bed and a window A/C unit. The ensuite master bathroom features a large walk-in shower. Down the hall is the loft guest bedroom equipped with a Queen-size bed and a ceiling fan to help stay cool. On the main floor is the third guest bedroom which has a King-size bed and a window A/C unit. The guest bathroom is also located on the main floor with a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy the ocean view from your private lanai. Dine al fresco on the covered lanai with a dining table for 4. Enjoy the view and your meals from inside with large sliding doors and windows. Just bring groceries! The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances. Ample counter space makes meal prep a breeze and provides additional counter seating.

This beautiful condo is just steps from one of Maui's top family beaches (Kamaole Beach Park III). Enjoy watching whales breach or beautiful Maui sunsets from the comfort of your lanai. Kamaole Beach Park III offers large grassy areas, beautiful walkways, plenty of picnic tables and BBQ, and a playground all next to a perfect sandy beach with a lifeguard on duty.

Hale Kamaole is located in South Kihei, near many shops, restaurants, and award-winning golf courses. Explore other neighboring top beaches, such as Wailea or Makena Beach just a short drive from the condo. There are no additional resort or parking fees. Elevators are conveniently available for guests. The resort offers pools, BBQ areas, and a pickleball/tennis court.
