About this property
2 Historic Ybor City Apartments side by side
Summary:
This historic Ybor double bungalow is the perfect place to call home for short and long-term stays! Every detail of this home is designed with your comfort in mind! Located in Historic Ybor City, the location can't get any better! Sip coffee from a local coffee shop as you read on the large front porch. Take a stroll to 7th Ave on the historic brick pathways for seemingly endless bars, shops, and restaurants. If you’re lucky, you’ll see some of the wild chickens/roosters Ybor City is famous for!
The Space:
This charming duplex is fitted with large wooden beams, subway tile, gorgeous quartz countertops, new appliances, charming decor, and a spacious front porch. Historic charm meets modern beauty, as we like to call it!
Guests who book this space will have access to both apartments of the duplex. Each apartment is a 1 bed/1 bath with an air mattress for the living room, each uniquely themed, but equally charming! Each unit has both a front and back door, which allows guests to move easily between apartments (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 air mattresses total).
Guest Access:
You'll have access to both apartments, both sides of the front porch, and both back parking spaces.
The Neighborhood:
Tampa’s Ybor City, which was once known as the “Cigar Capital of the World,” is one of Tampa's most unique and history-filled spots. The Ybor City Historic District is a National Historic Landmark located a short distance from Downtown, South Tampa, and the airport. Ybor City’s vibrant character is defined by the community’s blend of cultures from European, Asian, and Cuban immigrants who settled there to support the region’s once-booming cigar industry brought to Tampa in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Getting Around:
A car is strongly recommended in Tampa. However, Uber, Lyft, and city scooters are readily available to get around.
