Both my husband and I are born and raised in the area. we stumbled across these 8 units in 2019 and bought them as an investment. It took us 6mths to redo the complex basically all hands on. Today each of them are daily rentals and have enjoyed giving our tenants a nice quiet, clean place to rest while in this country town.

Why they chose this property

Set at end of the road with little to no traffic. Quiet and peaceful.

Each of the units on this property have a full kitchen along with a separate bedroom. All you need is your personal belongings.
