Comfortable stay
We rented Tomas’s place for a few months while our house was being renovated. The place was in a super safe neighborhood and newly renovated. Tomas was super communicative and flexible, which we appreciated. It was a plus that the place was right next to the LAX Fly Away Van Nuys station (walking distance!), and the fenced front and backyards were great for our dogs. We are gonna miss being here!

Cleanliness and communication
The owner was easy to reach and would respond in a couple hours if not by the end of the day. They would also check in with us weekly to see if we were settling in okay. They were very easy going and flexible with bringing our pets as well as our checkout time. The house was really pretty and clean inside and outside. My favorite was the waterfall shower. Overall it was a nice stay for my family and I. The only issue I came across was that the next door neighbor had dogs that would bark all day long, but other than that the stay was lovely.

front yard fake grass and backyard. big space . both bathrooms have bath tub . The Sofa itself is so comfy was over 5k . I live here so I make sure my space is top notch
