Vrbo system has a glitch that keeps changing the calendar back to allow one-night bookings. However, we cannot accommodate one-night bookings due to a conflict with the cleaning schedule.

The space -
We poured a lot of thought and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Bedroom -
Each bed has a new memory foam mattress, waterproof mattress protector, bedding sets, fluffy pillows from the well-known Bellagio Hotel, and ultra-soft sheets.

We have three bedrooms in total.
Master bedroom - a king bed
Guest bedroom - a queen bed
kids' bedroom - two twin beds
We also have a sofa bed in the living room!

Bathroom -
New toilets; 100 % cotton hand towels, wash towels, and body towels.
All of the shower heads are updated to Waterpik handheld massage shower heads with adjustable water pressure.
We chose TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body Wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX.

We have two bathrooms.
Master bathroom inside the master bedroom - a walk-in shower
Guest bathroom - a shower/tub

TV in the living room -
65" 4k smart TV with a complimentary Hulu account.
You may also log into your own account for other streaming services.

**However, we do not have regular cable TV service.**

Board games -
We tried to include all the board games we enjoy playing.
The list is still growing and we will keep adding more!

Kitchen -
Has a full set of knives, dishes, mugs and condiments.
