6 bedrooms in total. 5 bedrooms have ACs, 2 bedrooms in the high ceiling penthouse unit also have ceiling fans. 1 bedroom in the penthouse facing east has no AC, but high ceilings and plenty of airflow. All beds have mosquito nets. 1 king, 3 queens and 2 double/full. There are also two sectional couches in 2 living room areas.

5 bathrooms with 5 showers (rain shower heads).

2 full size kitchens plus 2 kitchenettes. Cooking supplies provided. 4 microwaves. Penthouse unit has side-by-side double door fridge, oven and dishwasher.

4 private balconies with stunning sea views. 4 hammocks.

The infinity pool has an ocean view to the west for amazing sunsets and is limited to staying guests only. 4 lounge chairs, 2 chairs and the pool deck fits additional towels.

The dining table can be extended with the balcony table to comfortably sit 8 people, up to 10 people stretch (table legs in front of the 2 extra seats). The bar right next to the table sits an additional 2 people. There is also another large outdoor dining table with a BBQ by the pool.

High speed WiFi access is available all over the property including apartments, balconies and pool deck. Enough bandwidth to stream multiple HD videos or work remotely. Bring your personal device since there is only one Smart TV in the penthouse. The service is very reliable. In the rare event of an outage the property has also a good LTE mobile coverage.

The place has latest fully automated remote locks and a manual backup key system. So you can check in any time without a headache.

We have private parking on our property for your rental. If you choose public transportation, there is a 5-10 minute walk to the main road with a bus stop. Mini buses go very frequently, there is no long wait.

Other things to note:

Eating out: The largest variety of the islands food options are in the north in our proximity. For example the Marina is a 15-20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive with options like Italian, Thai, Latin, local, sushi and cafes. About 5-10 minutes walk down the hill are two food truck courts and about 15 minutes walk is the Gros Islet village center for more local options. Rodney Bay is a short 5 minute drive (walk to bus stop 5-10 minutes) with further options and grocery stores. The Gros Islet and Rodney Bay Area have the most density on food options on island.

Rentals: Although you don’t need a rental car, we recommend a reservation for maximum flexibility to explore the island. We are located on a steep hill. Walking distance to a mini bus stop is about 5-10 minutes. A rental is convenient to come up the hill especially during hot days.

Taxi: If you need transportation, we can organize a very reliable driver with a nice mini van taxi for your entire group with an AC.

We are not suited for wheelchair access. We are on a steep hill with many stairs. Everyone in your group has to be physically fit to walk multiple flights of stairs. The reward is a spectacular view to the Caribbean sea over Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island and the hillsides of the north of the island.
