This cozy beach house located on the beach comes equipped with Wifi, a full kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and complete surround sound for your music entertainment while relaxing on the private deck and enjoying stunning views of the ocean.

Open the door to this charming beach house and the first thing you see is the breathtaking view of the ocean. The open floor plan is perfect for large groups to gather with two bedrooms and a complete bathroom on each side of the home for more privacy. The stairs lead you to an open living space with TV, surround sound, ping pong table , board games, full pull out sofa bed, full bathroom, a large bedroom with 4 bunk beds. This floor also includes stunning views of the ocean on the cozy deck.

Southside first floor sleeping quarters include:
-Bedroom 1: King bed with cable TV
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed with cable TV
-Full bathroom with tub/shower
Northside first floor sleeping quarters include:
-Bedroom 3: King bed with cable TV
-Bedroom 4: Queen bed with cable TV
-Full bathroom with shower, also includes washer & dryer.
Second floor sleeping quarters include:
-Full pullout couch

Outdoors: you will be spending as much time as you can on the deck and the beach soaking up the sun and sand. Deck includes seating to enjoy the beach view. Also includes and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, "starter" items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper

$200 a pet, up to 2 max

A separate security deposit for $700 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Thermostats locked to not go below 71 due to freezing up in hot weather at the beach
