About this property

3 bedroom and 3 full bath condo located 5 minutes from Stowe mountain. Cozy up in front of one of the two gas fireplaces, or enjoy a soak in the spa bathtub after a day of skiing or hiking.. The condo is also equipped with TV's in each bedroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dining room, living room (with TV), front foyer (with plenty of storage for ski gear), and a one car garage with driveway. The condo comfortably accommodates 6 but can fit up to 8 with an air mattress (or two).

Condo location is tough to beat. We're located right off the mountain road which allows you to beat most ski traffic getting to Stowe mountain. Steps from the condo you'll find a luxury resort with two restaurants (one formal and one casual), a full service spa, gym, yoga studio, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, two outdoor pools (one heated for colder months), outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. NOTE: Our condo is not a part of the resort so use of resort facilities may require a fee.

Great stay at Topnotch condo!!

Great stay at an awesome condo! Owner was wonderful to work with. Kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was super clean and comfortable. Stayed at Topnotch before and this is our favorite unit we've rented to date. Looking forward to renting here again!

Could be perfect

Great location. The resort is fantastic. Truly just a few miles down the road from Stowe. Condo itself is roomy and nice. Unfortunately, the condo is like some sort of homage to the 90’s. Almost a museum to that era. Every single thing. Every finish, every appliance, the art, the electronics, the fixtures- all from the late 90’s or early 2000’s. None of the 4 tv’s could receive digital signals so you end up with a tiny picture within picture view box when watching from the cable. They each had several useless remotes- some without batteries. I know you don’t goto Stowe to watch tv but it would’ve been nice to know this in advance. I could’ve given this a higher rating if I’d been prepared for how dated it is and if the price reflected that. Instead, I was expecting a high end condo. The landlord was responsive. We did not come to any resolution that satisfied me. Hope this helps someone.

Mountain side fun

Property and amenities were fantastic. Close to the slopes and all the fun Stowe has to offer. Very responsive host and house was stocked with everything we needed, very impressed.

Nice stay over New Years weekend.

Comfortable property, excellent communication with owner. My only suggestion is to change the description on VRBO as it suggests that renters have access to Top Notch Resort facilities. It is confusing as we had to pay to take our grandkids to the pool. Otherwise we’ll equipped home and very comfortable.
