Mid-Century 3 BR in Historic Hillcrest

Fantastic Mid-Century home in Historic Hillcrest. Wide and inviting front porch, perfect for sipping morning coffee. Open great room and dining area, lots of windows provide wonderful natural light. Hardwood floors and open, updated kitchen with granite countertops. Centrally located, close proximity to Medical District and Downtown. Walk to neighborhood restaurants and coffee. Large, double lot backyard with a grill and smoker, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day.

Three bedrooms with four beds (roll away is also available for use) provides space to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and basic spices. There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, with all cleaning and laundry supplies. We ask you to be environmentally aware and wash full loads to conserve water... drinking water seems to be becoming a precious commodity nowadays. There will be snacks when you arrive and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea.

Private, off-street parking in the driveway is accessed from the alley adjacent to the home.

Please make yourself at home, the entire home and large fenced-in backyard is yours to enjoy!

Lovely property
The property was lovely and perfect for our family. We have a 4 and 2 year old and it filled all our needs. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Cottage
This home was perfectly appointed! It had everything we could ever need and more. Such much attention to detail and so many extra thoughtful touches. Will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit Little Rock!

Great place for gathering with excellent patio
We hosted family and close friends for a UAMS graduation celebration and this was the perfect spot. There’s a nice central area, including living space, kitchen and dining area with bar height table that is all connected and open for visiting. There’s a great patio and backyard with a fire pit and firewood, we did bring extra camp chairs to set up around the fire and had a wonderful time.

Memorial day family getaway
My husband and I had our two daughters, their husbands and my mother. The house was extremely clean, well appointed, well decorated, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts very accommodating and easy to communicate with when a question Rose. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend you stay here also

Very nice property. Great location. The host was great. I loved all the little extra details , like face mask, eye mask, rolled up towels at the end of your bed. I would highly recommend this property.

Top notch!
Clean, crisp, so much attention on little things…absolutely impressive. The time the owners took to think about the needs of guests is displayed throughout the home. From eye masks beside the beds to air purifiers in the room everything had the guest in mind. This was by far one of the cleanest property’s I’ve ever stayed in. I’m thinking of going back to the area soon just to stay here!!! Time won’t let me say all of the things I want to say but just know…the is the place you need to stay!!! Just please take care of it….the owners deserve that! Good job!

Great place in Hillcrest area
Overall a great experience for our family of 4 staying in town for 5 nights to see family. House is very clean and thoughtfully arranged/prepared. We had plenty of room and it was a great base for us. Very close to Heights and Hillcrest restaurants and stores. The hosts were very attentive and offered lots of great recommendations for local restaurants, shops, and stores (all within walking distance or a very short drive). One of the things we liked was being across the street from the high school and specifically the high school track. It was Thanksgiving week, so school wasn't in session. It allowed us to use the track for family fitness in the mornings! The only thing to be aware of is the ingress/egress to the parking area from the street is a sharp incline. We rented a van and it was hard to come and go without scraping a bit of the bottom of the car. An SUV would have no issue. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you're driving a car with limited ground clearance.

Great Stay.
Very nice and accommodating owners. Very prompt to respond with any requests. Had a minor issue with the entry keypad, but the owner was very helpful in giving us access. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and were even supplied wood and fire starter. Very good location. I highly recommend.

Perfection, perfection, perfection!
This was our first VRBO experience and it could not have been better. There is not a thing needed to change or improve this home. The beds are so comfortable, the decor is just right, the kitchen is beautifully stocked, the bathrooms are lovely and the entire house is spotless, yet welcoming and just cozy/comfy! We were delighted with our stay.

Beautiful Home, Great Location
We had a great time at this beautiful spacious home. Very nice welcome basket/cake. Also, nice to see there are good amount of supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.), even though we brought most of our own. Beds were very comfortable. Love the decor! It's in a great location Downtown Little Rock. We were able to spend time with family and attend our niece graduation during our time here. The owner's were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Quick getaway
Wanted to get away for a couple days but stay local so we chose a quick getaway to Little Rock. This house had everything we needed and the location was close to a lot of different food options and shopping. I would recommend this place

Little Rock business trip
This is a perfect home in a great location for a couple or family. The hosts were very accommodating & the home exceeded our expectations! It’ close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. It was too cold/icey to enjoy the backyard, but that is a plus in nicer weather. Would stay here anytime we’re back in LR!
