Our Newly Renovated Second Floor, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath, Golf Villa/Condo is perfectly located in the prestigious Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach offering accessibility to all of your vacation needs. Situated on the 15th hole of the Greg Norman course, it is one of the few condos with a golf course view and a view of the intercoastal. Sit back on our newly carpeted porch and watch golfers and boats pass by.

Our Golf Villa/Condo is in the Ironwood subdivision and is a short walk to the pool ( Ironwood has the largest pool of any of the condo subdivisions ), tennis, beach volleyball and basketball (no other subdivision has all these activities).

Our condo is completely updated with leather sofa sleeper ( full ) and loveseat, ceiling fans in bedrooms,3 flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, new countertops and New fridge in kitchen and dining room table.

There are 4 world class golf courses at Barefoot Resort. Greg Norman, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III,and Pete Dye. Besides golfing, our beautiful Ironwood community provides a nearby swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, and basketball court. Barefoot Resort has a newly added Golf Academy located at the Driving Range. Enjoy a drink &/or bite to eat at The Driving Range Grille. (They have great brick-oven pizza!)

At the entrance of Barefoot Resort, you can enjoy the largest ( 15,000 sq ft saltwater ) pool in South Carolina which sits behind the Barefoot Resort North Tower (the tallest condo building) and is located next to Docksider's Grille at the Barefoot Resort Marina on the intracoastal waterway. Relax at poolside and enjoy your views of boats at the Marina or walk to the Marina's 'Dockersider's Grille' for breakfast, lunch, or dinner where you can enjoy live entertainment as scheduled.
If you prefer to relax at the beach, our condo is a short 3-5 minutes car ride away. During the summer months, there is a free Barefoot Resort Community Shuttle Bus that picks guests up at our condo's Ironwood Pool and shuttles hourly back and forth to and from the beach. A schedule of the shuttle is accessible for your convenience.

Across the intracoastal waterway from Barefoot Resort, you will find something for everyone. Highway 17 is the main north-south route as you exit Barefoot Resort. Along Hwy 17, you will find numerous restaurants, miniature golf courses, and various venues of entertainment for children and adults. There is plenty of shopping within minutes, including the shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach (which also has a collection of celebrity restaurants), and the Coastal Grand Mall. The newest shopping Attaction is The Market Commons which was built on the grounds of the old air force base and is a town center with upscale shops, restaurants, and theaters.
There are over 80 great golf courses in the Grand Strand area of Myrtle Beach within minutes of Barefoot Resort. There are restaurants galore along Highway 17

There is live entertainment and daily shows at the Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opera, The House of Blues, and The Palace Theatre. Broadway at the Beach offers entertainment for everyone. Alligator adventure is 3 miles away.

I am not sure I can really say enough about how nice this condo was. First off, it was super clean, even the carpet, which I don't normally like, was perfectly clean. (It makes sense to have carpet as it was second story and keeps the noise from footsteps down.) I also have never had a VRBO that was so well stocked. The owners stock extra supplies, even down to Dixie cups in the bathrooms, which was very impressive! We had friends that were in another unit in here and they had nothing, not even an extra garbage bag left, so the thoughtfulness was much appreciated. The location is amazing, as this is so close to Barefoot Landing with food, shops, drinks and kids stuff to do as well, that you never even have to go back to the main road. We traveled for the Ripken Experience, and while this is about 25 minutes from the field, it was an easy drive and I feel less chaotic than it was closer to the field. Book this place, you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed staying here. We are close to Barefoot Landing shops, restaurants and many attractions. The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed for our family of four. The beach is about 8 minutes away in car. The pools were nice.

Loved our stay!
Loved our stay at this condo! We especially enjoyed the Ironwood pool, which is a salt water pool and so warm! Regarding the beach, we decided to drive there instead of using the shuttle, but we weren’t sure which beach access to go to. I sent a quick text to Chip asking him about it, and he was very quick to respond.

Was nice only issue was the people up stairs above us wike everyone up at 2:00 in the morning with what sounded like they was moving furniture back and forth and pulling up carpet. till 5:00 . This happened 2 nights. Forgot clothes in the one dresser. Haven't heard anything about getting them sent back to me would pay for them to be sent back.

Very Clean and accurate. Had 1 issue with code for tennis courts and Chip resolved within an hour. Any email or text I sent during the whole process, Chip responded to promptly. We did not use the shuttle to beach, so I can't speak for how that was.

Property was in a nice area. The place was very cozy and felt like we were at home. We were very comfortable with our stay and enjoyed the area we were in. I would recommend them changing the pullout sofa mattress it wasn’t very comfortable but overall great vacation.

The condo was very nice. Was true to photos online. Only complaint is it was on the second floor and the condo directly above had laminate floors so every footstep was heard along with opening/closing of doors, cabinets, and dresser drawers.

This was the perfect accommodations for my family. We loved the location at Barefoot Resort near shopping and dining establishments. The beach access was a short drive away. Beautiful!!
We stayed in the owner's other condo in the building next door in Ironwood. I must say, the condo was beautifully decorated, large rooms, very inviting & comfortable, well stocked with everything you needed, and very clean!! It was so nice to be in such a quiet area but still so close to everything. The grounds are absolutely beautiful & very well-kept. The keyless entry made it so convenient and the owner was so nice to work with. My family & I had a great vacation!!

The condo was very clean and exactly as represented in the pictures. As someone considering buying at Barefoot, I would say the updates the owners have made make this property stand out against many of the others available. Nice view of the golf course and waterway. Will definitely be checking availability on our next trip to Myrtle Beach, if we don't own by then!

Perfect Rental
From my first inquiry until I returned home, Chip has been a great homeowner to work with, returning emails and calls quickly. We spent a week at the owner's second condo in the building next door, and it was sparkling clean, very nicely decorated (without some of the over the top beach themes seen elsewhere), freshly carpeted and painted, and just perfect in every way. We have stayed at Barefoot Resorts before, and this condo was the quietest with the nicest view out back. It had more than enough room for a family with two teens. Although the resort has a shuttle, we were able to find parking at the beach every day easily which allowed us to have a more flexible schedule. The resort pools are also fabulous. The area is great for kids of all ages, and the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on Monday night are well worth it. We have always stayed in North Myrtle Beach, which has more than enough to offer, without some of the craziness farther south in Myrtle Beach. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect Vacation!!
This was our second year staying in this condo. First we thought we were going to have to reschedule because my grandmother got sick and Chip was very understanding but thankfully she got better and we were able to go on our vacation. First, we love the keyless door entrance it saves from having to keep up with keys. The kitchen is fully stock with whatever utensils you would need. The fridge has an ice maker so that helps when packing a cooler for the beach/pool. The condo is very spacious our family of four. Every other aspect of the condo is perfect. We love staying here because its just minutes to the beach and barefoot landing. Already looking forward to vacation next year!

We stayed the week of the 4th . The room was very clean ,loved the different color of the rooms, similar to our own house. The room was even nicer than in the pictures. We went to bentio"s our meal was great ! Would recommend Big Daddy"s Roadhouse even thou it is on other side of Myrtle Beach, best ribs,rolls in the area. Chip was very helpful in securing the reservation and responded any question I had . Will be staying there in the future . Will recommend the property to friends and family .

Great find in Barefoot
Our family of four just returned from this condo. Everything was great!.... including the view and the location (could walk to pool, we took the car sometimes). Loved the keyless entry and hair dryers and tv's and furniture, It was nice to see walls painted a color other that white! .... very inviting. Look forward to returning next year.

We reside in Greensboro, NC and wanted a 2nd home where me and my son could play golf while my wife and daughter could shop and go to the beach. This was the perfect location. We could not find a better getaway that combines golf, shopping and the beach. We love to sit on our patio and watch the golfers and boats go by. Since we are only 4 hours away, we have been coming about twice a month. The amenities at Barefoot are first class.

Why they chose this property

We bought our condo because of the view. Only a few units in all of Barefoot have a view of the golf course and the intercoastal. We also liked Ironwood because it is the only subdivision with pool, tennis, beach volleyball and basketball.

What makes this property unique

Everything is within minutes of the condo. Golf, Beach, 3 major shopping attractions, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and every restaurant you can imagine. Close to highway 22.
