With 2 covered parking spots and a clubhouse on the 5th floor, an outdoor patio with views of Midtown/Downtown, it has an amazing location with all the conveniences. It has many amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and two walk-in closets. All utilities included (electric, gas, water, wifi), new paint throughout the unit, new floor tile in kitchen, new carpets in bedrooms and closets.
