Inside this two-story home, you'll find a top-floor great room that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with sparkling stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area for mealtimes or family game nights, and an inviting and sunlit living area with a wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Downstairs, a second, fully-furnished living area, complete with a gas fireplace and TV, offers younger guests their own space for movie watching or play.

Additional amenities and features found at this gorgeous retreat include central air-conditioning, a gas grill for summertime cookouts, and a private washer/dryer to help you keep that laundry under control during your visit.

Dock details: Dock is roughly 46 ft long, and around 2ft deep at end, there are steps that walk you down into the water, with very clear, sandy, swimmable water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
