We wanted somewhere on Dickson St. so we could just walk to all the places and that’s exactly what we got. The house was perfect for our little family. I’d definitely recommend to others.
Perfect spot to be in middle of all Dickson street has to offer. Close to U of A campus (within walking). We were there for moms weekend but would be perfect for game weekends too.
This property is in a great, central location on Dickson Street - within walking distance of lots of great food as well as the University. The space is clean with great modern decor. We really enjoyed our weekend there!
Clean, GREAT location on Dickson St. we have a freshman at UARK, and have stayed at multiple places. Off the street, safe, two parking spots. One of the year planes…two private bedrooms upstairs with connected bathroom and sleeper sofa downstairs with half bath.
If coming to town for a show at the Walton Arts Ctr or Georges, this is your place. Coming to town for a U of A event, this is your place. Safe parking, well lit, nice unit. Park and walk to many top tier restaurants/bars on Dickson St. Being steps away from a busy district did not make evident in the unit, great noise control. Highly recommend!
The location of this condo is premium if you are wanting to be “on Dickson” but not necessarily in the thick of the nighttime Dickson activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owner worked with us very quickly to resolve an issue of the gas not being connected to the oven.

moms weekend
Door and lock are difficult to open/close. Had a little trouble with it. Place is cute, but comforter had stains on it. They did tell us additional one in closet to change out. Rugs very dirty and stained. Unit smelled peculiar, maybe cats/urine?? Couldn’t pinpoint. location is good if you want to be near Dickson street, however it’s directly behind frat house and extremely loud. Also, bird i must have best somewhere on roof as you can hear chirping loudly… had to check and make sure wasn’t inside.
Two moms and two future Razorbacks stayed the weekend in this perfect condo right off Dickson! We arrived a little early and I messaged the host to see if we could utilize one of the parking spaces to walk to lunch. The owners replied within minutes giving the thumbs up. When I tell you this place is PERFECTLY located I cannot stress that enough! It is literally on Dickson, but facing away from the street, so you don’t get all the noise from people commuting. The checkin process was seamless, we loved having an easy door code to open and close the apartment. The space inside was exactly as listed, with a nice seating area and large flat screen as you enter. There is a small half bath beyond that, and finally a cute little kitchen which we didn’t use, except the fridge for some drinks. Heading to the second floor, you have exposed brick and overhead beams which I loved and reminded me of my apartments in NYC. There are two bedrooms up there with a large jack n Jill connecting bath, two sinks, tons of clean fresh towels in the cabinet underneath, and one very large walk in shower which we didn’t use (since we only stayed overnight and live within 2 hours) but totally would have. The bedrooms are well appointed with clean linens and the beds/pillows are more than comfy for a short stay. We loved that the condo has two dedicated parking spots, this is a luxury on Dickson (IYKYK) and walkable to all things U of Ark. We will definitely be back to stay!
