Open concept kitchen/living/dining- The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal plus a dedicated guest pantry and seating for three at the island. The dining area seats six while the other seats four.

The living room features plenty of seating: two sofas plus two arm chairs. Enjoy the high-alpine view, the gas fireplace and the thoughtful space planning geared towards conversation and togetherness. A flat screen TV is mounted over the fireplace.

The cozy den is off the main level living and features a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, gas fireplace and half bathroom (perfect place for kids to hang while the adults are one room over!)

Hiking trail access just down the street. Fredonia Gulch Trail is just a short walk from the property to the switchback. It is a 4.5 mile out and back up Red Mountain that feature wildflowers and excellent views.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.
