On the first floor are located the first master bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with patio and pool access. The second 1st floor bedroom has a Full size bed and futon with an ensuite bathroom for privacy. It also has a kitchenette that opens to a covered patio and pool area, so poolside snacks are always within reach. Enjoy a water-view family room on this floor with a large screen TV and air hockey table.
 

Upstairs, the main living area has a master suite that boasts views of the water and also has balcony access. The suite has its own spacious bathroom. The main floor also has a fourth bedroom with 2 Queen beds and another bathroom down the hall. An open floor plan that connects the kitchen to the living room area which allows the designated chef to remain part of the action.
 

Convenience is not overlooked here either. The home has two separate washer and dryer units, so everyone traveling together can easily do laundry if needed. It is equipped with WiFi and cable and has covered patio seating to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes no matter the weather.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is not pet friendly.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
