About the home:
❖There are smart TVs in every room, USB charging stations on the lamps, blackout curtains and extra pillows and blankets throughout the home. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cooking supplies. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, extra towels and toilet paper.

There are 3 levels to this home. A main (middle level) a top level and lower level. 5 bedrooms (including the sofa sleeper room) and 4 bathrooms (no more waiting for your turn to shower!)

Main Level:
❖This level has a zero stairs entry and no stairs on this entire floor making it perfect for those who don’t love the stairs. On this level you will have a master bedroom sporting a king bed with a private bathroom. There is an open concept kitchen and living space that guides you to the beautiful deck showcasing the breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake.

Top Level:
❖This level has two bedrooms, both with king beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom off the hallway. Note: There are TWO HVACs for this home! This level has its own HVAC system, if you are too hot or too cold you have your own controls. The other HVAC system supports the main and lower level. What a fantastic luxury for those cold winter nights or the hot summer days!

Lower Level:
❖Throw the kiddos down here! We have built a special space just for your littles! They can immerse themselves in the wonderful world of dinosaurs, campfires and imagination. Enjoy! Now that your kiddos can be entertained you can be on vacation too :)The the bunk room that has a 65’ TV with an Xbox and it’s own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is an additional sofa sleeper room that can be used as a game room by day and a Queen sized sleeper by night! This room has it’s own bathroom, sliding glass doors to guide you to the back deck, shuffleboard, Connect Four and other fun games. The full sized laundry room with extra supplies is also on this level.

Top Deck:
❖A comfortable sectional, dining table, fire pit and a grill with grilling supplies over looking the beautifully lit Chateau on the Lake, Table Rock Lake along with Moonshine Beach! *This is the perfect place to see the 4th of July Fireworks!

Lower Deck:
❖Another sectional with a handy table and your private hot tub, enough room for 7!

PLEASE NOTE: Our hot tub is maintained on Wednesdays. If your stay is on a Wednesday he will need access to the home between 8am-4pm. He will ring the doorbell, if no one answers he does have a code to get into the home. He will enter and only go downstairs, grab the hot tub chemicals in the laundry room and then head to the back deck to treat the hot tub. The only way to access the hot tub is through the front door as we are on hill with no other entrance to the backyard. If he needs to drain or deep clean the hot tub he may need to access the hot tub a few times as it takes a while for the tub to drain, fill, heat and add chemicals.

An easy, no contact keyless entry. The home is all yours during your stay. The door code will be given to you prior to your check in time. Plenty of parking with overflow parking options.

Great neighborhood to stay at for your vacation! All of the amenities that are included are close to the home and within walking distance.

House Rules:
NO PARTIES, no smoking and no unregistered pets or people. If a party is thrown you will forfeit your rent and will be asked to leave with no refund. This is a family community. Be respectful of others. Quite times are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Security Camera:
We have one EXTERIOR security camera at the front door. This is for property security and is recording at all times.
Absolutely NO PARTIES and no smoking. If you are traveling with a pet you need to add them to your reservation. Respect all house rules. Quite time for the neighborhood is 11:00pm to 7:00am
