Very nice home with comfortable beds and plenty of extras to make your stay pleasant. It is easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. The host is very responsive. My husband and I had plenty of room and the location was good for going to a spring training game and other places we wanted to visit. Grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. The backyard area could use some attention/cleaning up but that's the only suggestion that we have. We would definitely consider staying again if we're ever back in the area.

Nice spring practice abode

Were there to take in 3 spring practice games and 3 nightly musical/play performances. All good. House was nice place to crash after busy and long days.

I would stay here again

Nice home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Good location for Spring Training. Lots of local shopping and places to eat. The beds were comfortable - The coffee pot is a standard drip machine -The pots and pans weren’t in the best shape - the host was very responsive and acted quickly when we thought we had a problem with something but turned out to be a false alarm.

Awesome Spring Break trip

We spent an extraordinary Spring Break at this home, attending spring training ball games and traveling around Phoenix. This location was perfect. We had a 20-minute trip to Sloan Park for Cubs games and easily accessible highways to get around Phoenix. The hot tub on the patio was fantastic, especially on some of the chilly nights. The house was very clean, and the washing machine was brand new. The Samsung refrigerator kept up with our ice demands. I have stayed at VRBO homes where the garage was unavailable to guests; here, we could keep our rental car in the garage. This was a very safe neighborhood. I am looking forward to staying here next year.

Wonderful place to stay in south Phoenix

The property was very clean and very well stocked. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with quick access to the 202, I-10, and other main arteries. There are a number of stores and restaurants within 5 minutes of the house. The owner was responsive to our questions. We would gladly stay here again!

This was a great house for 4 adults, it was very convenient to get to major roadways and also really easy to get to several grocery stores and lots of restaurants close by. The house had everything that we needed, and the backyard with hot tub was a great place to relax in between hiking outings. Lots of beautiful hiking spots nearby

A quiet cul-de-sac just moments to I-17. This is where we like to stay when we come to town. A wonderful amount of room and an amazing back year area with a hot tub. Who could ask for anything more? THUMBS UP!
