The place was just as expected, the neighborhood is cute and quiet, the pub next door is great, and the water is a short walk away. Will likely stay here again.

Clean, great atmosphere, good price for the stay. We will definitely stay here again!
We had a great long weekend. The place was a great location. We walked everywhere to the harbor, Camden yards.
Place was perfect for 2 people.
Only down side was its city parking. We were able to find a spot on Aliceann which was unrestricted.
Super affordable nice clean spot in an amazing area of Baltimore. Parking wasnt too bad and I walked to everything that weekend.

Great apartment and location
We had a fantastic stay. This apartment is in a great location, just blocks away from all that Fells Point offers. Very clean, quiet, and secure. Everything was supplied and we had no issues. We will be back.
Great stay for two people. Don’t recommend anymore than that. Excellent safe location. Starbucks 2 blocks away, a major plus!! The water 3 blocks away. Very clean.
I don’t recommend any others to stay, the pull out couch is not for comfortable sleeping.

Clean and inviting
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the 'At Fells Point' Courtyard apartment. It was very clean, well taken care of, and inviting. The apartment allowed us to have space to relax and have a good nights rest as well. It was also in a good location to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I would reccomend it anyone!

Johns' property was just perfect for our stay in Baltimore. It was conveniently located right in the nice are so we could be right at the harbor area and enjoy the food and nightlife. We were told several times we choose a great area. We would Uber to the Penn Marc station to catch the Marc train to DC each day and it was very easy. This location is prime, and we would highly recommend staying here. It is located tucked back in a little gated area, so you did not have a lot of street noise, walking distance to several bakeries and coffee shops. Wife and I felt safe here.

Stay @ At Fells Point Courtyard
This is my second stay at one of these units. Excellent quality, excellent location, clean and cozy, and most importantly for me, wonderful service! The owner is great and has unique piece of work. I encourage anyone to check with this place before looking into a hotel. The unit/home, had everything. I wish I had more time to stay. Nothing like it!

Another Great Weekend
This was my third time in Courtyard (plus I rented CitySide once) and had another great weekend. Friends who traveled with us booked TopSide and CityCide,so we had the whole building which was very convenient. We were walkable to the Friday evening and Saturday day events - the Kinetic Sculpture Race - on our itinerary. A short, less than $10 cab, ride for our Saturday evening plans. We've managed to find street parking within 2 blocks on every trip. We park the car when we arrive and walk/cab everywhere once in Baltimore.

Great Apartment!
We needed a place to stay after a doctor's appointment at John Hopkins. We're very glad we chose to stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed and soooo much better than staying in a hotel. John was excellent to deal with. He got back to us within minutes of receiving my phone call. He will answer any questions you may have. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Don't miss going to Bonaparte's for some great French pastry. Inner Harbor can be reached easily by the water taxis or you can walk. We chose not to walk because of the heat on the weekend that we were there. We highly recommend this apartment.

Comfortable, quiet and very clean
We enjoyed our short stay here. The property is located off of a busy road but you go through a small courtyard to enter the apartment. As a result, we rarely heard street noise. There is a neighborhood bar next door which looks like it shares the courtyard but we rarely heard anything from that business. We have stayed at other VRBOs over the years in other parts of the U.S. and this by far was the cleanest we have stayed in. The furnishings were comfortable and adequate. The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable as was the AC system which kept the apartment very cool all day long, despite the 100 degree temperatures outside.
We would stay at this property again and feel fortunate for a last minute cancellation which enabled us to stay at this pleasant property.
Location good - neighborhood quiet and location a good walk to restaurants. Lodging ok for young and agile - but challenging for 65+ aged adults as we are - tub slippery and nothing to hold onto - always afraid of falling. Bed very hard. Sofa/seating generally uncomfortable. Parking instructions inaccurate - spent a lot of time moving car and paying for meters - parking garage too far away. We expected staircase from description -- but too many other small steps throughout. Picture deceiving - place was smaller than we expected -- but does have that charming Baltimore row house mystique. Thermostat hard to find & unreachable - place needs better instructions once inside

A Little Gem in Downtown Baltimore
Having stayed at several VRBO sites, my husband and I give high marks to the owners of this downtown Baltimore unit for their accommodation of our needs and design of their rental. If cozy comfort, location and safe neighborhood is what you seek, the Courtyard unit is for you. Also, if you enjoy a firm mattress, the king 15" thick memory foam will keep you happy. The folks at the neighborhood bar next door were equally accommodating and respectful, adding to the comfort of our stay. The unit was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with a wonderful washer/dryer unit on the second floor. Lots of sunlight upstairs and a super place for a laptop on the second floor landing. Shop at Whole Foods, walking there if weather permits (but taxi back,it's about 10 blocks but worth the trip). Ale Mary's Restaurant is within a block or so, and the food is good, staff great. Also, for traditional Baltimore seafood, grab a cab to Mama's on the Half Shell in the nearby Canton neighborhood.

Charming fells Point unit close to everything
I don't know why but I am always lucky when I book through vrbo.com and this was no exception. I was a little worried about the bar being next door with noise, as I am a light sleeper, and not only was it peaceful, the bartender Donna was so helpful in giving us insider destinations on food and bars in the area. This unit was SUPER clean, you could tell from the linens to the cleanliness of the kitchen and baths. I felt very comfortable and the place itself, with its exposed brick and a place for everything. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was a decent size, the lower half bath came in handy and the upstairs had a place for my laptop, and the full bath and bedroom were very accomadating. Oh, and the water pressure was great in the shower. The location made it easy to walk to the water and enjoy all that Fells Point has to offer. It really was an enjoyable experience and John, the owner and host, answered all my many questions and was very helpful

Clean, Cozy Apartment in Great Location
This apartment was perfect for my husband and I who spent our anniversary here over the 4th of July weekend. Location is great - walk right out of your gated apartment and in just about 5 minutes you are in the quaint historic district of Fells Point and the waterfront - where restaurants are everywhere!
We parked our car in the owner's garage for $15 a day - which was well worth having it there and not having to deal with parking on the street or in a nearby garage and walking. Parking meters are a fortune - a quarter for 10 minutes - so you can see how that would add up! This is an older apartment, but you can see it is well maintained and well-kept with beautiful hardwood floors, a small kitchen but it did the trick for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable and nice having a TV in the bedroom as well. Fresh linens were a plus.
Walked to Little Italy and had an amazing meal at Gia's and a fantastic breakfast at Water for Chocolate. John was extremely friendly, efficient and responsive from the time of booking until the end of our stay. Would stay again!
We came down to volunteer at the Operation Christmas Child processing center and the Fells Point property ticked all the boxes for us: quiet neighborhood, restaurants and groceries within walking distance, parking manageable; the place was clean and had pretty much everything you'd need for a weekend getaway. I love my nice firm bed so this one was too soft for me, a totally subjective item, but I guess it would be my only critique. Thanks for providing all we needed!
