Disappointing Experience, No Stay at All
We arrived at the VRBO property 15 minutes prior to our scheduled check-in time. Unfortunately, we had trouble reaching the host despite several attempts to communicate via message. We waited for over 10 minutes after the check-in time, with no response from the host. At this point, we were left without any communication or assistance.Fortunately, I contacted VRBO customer service, who were able to help resolve the situation. However, the lack of response from the host was incredibly frustrating and left us with a very negative experience.
