Cabin in Lake Arrowhead - Cedar Glen Neighborhood

Budget offering. Please note that this is not a luxury or fancy place, and the price reflects that. Pet odors are present due to pets being permitted w/ a fee. Enjoy your stay in a cozy home that is furnished with all your needs in mind. Cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender...etc. Catch views and sunsets on the patio while BBQing on the grill available for you during your stay. (no charcoal or lighter fluid provided) Backyard has a nice slope for sledding on snowy days. This home is minutes away from the lake, restaurants and all the attractions the area has to offer. Horse lovers will get to enjoy a view of a beautiful horse from the patio.

1,100 SF home w/ 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Smart TV in each of the bedroom, plus another one in the living room. Each bedroom has a mirror, closet, or storage. One room upstairs and two downstairs. The room upstairs has a full bed, downstairs the first room in front of the stairs has a queen bed, and the other room downstairs has two twin beds. The two couches can be used as beds, they can fold down. Parking is in the front, good for two cars, possibly another one behind the two cars. Right next to the house (dirt area) you may be able to park another car there if space is available in that dirty area. Washer/Dryer laundry w/ detergent available. Home is located in more of a residential neighborhood so do expect what is normal in a residential neighborhood (dogs, cars, greetings...etc)

We are pet friendly and the nightly fee for each pet is $19.00/night | Please let us know after booking if you will have any pets staying with you so we can send you the pet fee request.

A wonderful hidden property in Cedar Glen. Minus a few vital cooking amenities, the cabin is perfect. We were able to create and enjoy or company together. Close to supplies and quiet romantic restaurant and views. Hope to stay there again

Not as expected
The owner was very timely with responses to any questions I had. Very nice and there were no issues with him at all. That being said, overall it was not as expected. Someone did a great job with the photography as well. The hill behind the house is too sloped to do anything on unless you are sledding in the snow, but watch out for the trash and concrete chunks if you do. The neighborhood was not the best as there are a lot parts of it that are fairly trashy. Some of that is just mountain living, some of it looks like the San Fernando valley. Several loose dogs in the area, especially after dark. The unit is old as expected, I was not misguided. There were several broken items in the home, oven door, clock, torn couches/futons, expired fire extinguisher. Bed was uncomfortable and the two couches which were older futons were the most uncomfortable couches I’ve ever sat on. Could not relax the majority of the time as it was that uncomfortable. The carpets on the lower level were still soaked from being cleaned prior to our arrival. They never dried out during our stay. There were only 3 forks as well, so when we had a friend stop by to have a quick bite, we were short silverware. Distance to Lake Arrowhead village was a plus.
