Amazing house and nice warm pool

The house is amazing, spacious inside and outside and the heated pool makes the daily swim a delight. The road to the house and the direct neighborhood are not the most beautiful ever seen. Beaches and shops are well within reach by car. Do visit restaurant 'La Guagua Blanca' a little further up the mountain for a very good Italian meal if you want to eat genuinely good off the tourist strips.

Traumhaft

Es war einfach nur schön. Nach langem Flug kamen wir in Gran Canaria an. Unseren Freunden hatten wir zur Unterkunft nur vage Andeutungen gemacht. Sie waren ebenfalls hin und weg ;-). Von der Perle des Hauses wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das super gepflegte Grundstück mit seinem großen und blühenden Garten ist einfach nur toll. Mehr als 10 Terrassen und kleine Sitzecken sind darauf verteilt. Am besten hat uns die Terrasse mit Blick auf den tollen Pool gefallen. Dieser ist schön groß und super-sauber. Permanent wird er geheizt und ist angenehm warm. Das Haus ist sehr schön groß und gut gepflegt. Natürlich ist es nicht nagelneu, aber sehr gut gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alle Utensilien, die wir gebraucht haben - und noch eine ganze Menge mehr. Im Wohnzimmer lädt eine große Bibliothek zum schmökern ein. Damit haben uns auch die wenigen Momente, an denen es geregnet hat, viel Freude gemacht. Den großen Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern haben wir kaum genutzt. Bäder sind ebenfalls genügend vorhanden. Täglich wurde gereinigt und wir haben auch kleinere Kopfkissen bekommen. Pilar, die spanische Hausfee gab uns auch gute Tipps für ein Restaurant in der Nähe - das war ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Die Lage oberhalb von Maspalomas ist ebenfalls toll. Rundum war es eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. Vielen Dank an die Familie und die spanische Hausfee.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad, locatie en huis voldeden aan alle verwachtingen! Fantastisch ontvangen door Pilar en tijdens het verblijf prima communicatie gehad met haar en zij zorgde er voor dat alles er altijd spik en span uit zag. Geen enkel probleem gehad tijdens ons verblijf!

Verzaubernder Ort

Ungewohnte Wehmut beim Ansehen der Fotos. Jeder Tag auf Monte Bello fühlte sich an wie ein frischer Sommertag meiner Kindheit. Gefühle der Freude, Unbeschwertheit, Ruhe u. Leichtigkeit sowie der Beginn einer kleinen Verliebtheit zu diesem zauberhaften Ort. Die heimelige Atmosphäre der Bibliothek,die individ. Zeichnungen u. Bilder i.d. Räumen,der wundervolle Blick auf die umliegende Weite mit dem Atlantik, den rotgoldenen Wolken u. dem erdwarmen Leuchten der untergehenden Sonne auf den Hügeln, ließen sofort ein vertrautes Gefühl entstehen. Je nach Tageszeit verweilten wir an versch.Plätzen u. unsere Blicke ruhten oft auf den unterschiedl.Pflanzen, still u. lebendig zugleich, besonders nach dem Lesen der sorgfältig angefertigten Mappe der Besitzer. Das Rauschen des Windes in den Palmenwedeln erinnerte je nach Stärke an Meeresrauschen, Brandung an einer Klippe o.dem Säuseln eines Blätterwaldes. Der beheizte ca. 6 x 10 m Pool ermöglichte auch nachts angenehmes Schwimmen. Abends empfahl sich ein Überzieher, nachts ein Langarmpyjama. Wg. des herrl. Wetters fielen nur vereinzelte Bougainvilleablüten i.d.Pool, der topsauber war, wie alles überall, dank der Hausfee, die tägli., beinah unsichtbar, um das Haus wirbelte. Ihre kernige unkomplizierte u. praktische Art ließ alles reibungslos verlaufen. Alles ist vorhanden,auch versch. Getränke zur Begrüßung. Lieben Dank an die Familie u.Ihrer Hausperle, für die herrlichen 2 Wochen u. dass Sie Ihr traumhaftes Grundstück mit anderen teilen.

Lovely friends house

We stayed with 6 friends, not all couples so it’s nice to have separate rooms and services. It’s a great garden with seaview and comfortable heated pool so we swam each morning end of march. It’s not a super modern house but very cosy and well equipped. Everything you can think of is available. Pilar was a lovely host. We loved our stay here!

Tolles Haus in grandioser Lage

Wir genossen einen wunderschönen Urlaub über Sylvester 2023/2024 mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder zwischen 11 und 14 Jahren) - alle waren begeistert! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Außenbereich wunderschön. Der Pool ist groß und auch im Dezember beheizt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und vor Ort mit der spanischen Perle Pilar waren hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Heerlijke finca vlakbij strand

Wij zijn twee weken in dit heerlijke huis geweest met ons gezin met drie jonge kinderen en grootouders. Perfect schoon huis en alles is aanwezig. Zwembad heerlijk groot en goede water temperatuur. Erg leuk dat er ook een kinderbad bij was. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk rondom het huis kunnen spelen. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Lovely stay at the villa

Took a pre-Christmas holiday with a family of 6 (4 teens, ages 17, 16, 14 and 12) to Gran Canaria. Villa was perfect as a base for us to explore the island as well as just staying in for the occasional "chill and do nothing" kind of day. We were greeted on arrival and given a tour of the villa. There was so much space even for our large family. Lots of places to chill and read or do homework (some still had papers due since w took them out of school for the trip), and even a place to play chess. The kids were in the pool at every opportunity. The villa was the perfect stay for us. Would return here when we come back for another visit!

Fantastic Villa

Monte Bello was fantastic! We were on holiday with three generations and the villa lent its self to us having plenty of room and privacy. My parents and daughter in the upstairs apartment and downstairs three lovely bedrooms for the rest of the family. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a 10 day stay and just down the road in the town was a very good supermarket. The pool was perfect and we spent lots of time relaxing and enjoying games, having a BBQ and spending time together. Not far from the sea in the car and we made the most of being out of town in the peace and quiet. The property manager was so nice and very helpful. Highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa

Wonderful Villa with all facilities and lots of living room. Lovely heated pool and lots of outdoor seating. Overall a great villa. The only disappointment was the very poor Wi-Fi which was either dropping out or very slow. However overall a wonderful secluded villa for a group or family stay.

A truely fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic time staying at the property. Swimming pool is amazing, the views, the sunsets, the property manager who was always there for us when we needed something. One of the best villas in the island we have been to, managed to a very high standard. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Wir haben zusammen mit unseren 3 Kindern und den Großeltern eine tolle, erholsame Zeit in Monte Bello erlebt: Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz, es gibt mehrere sehr schöne Terrassen, der Pool ist groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und der Garten hat uns bezaubert. Sehr beliebt war das tolle Bodenschach. Wer es wie wir gerne eher ruhig und mit viel Platz mag, ist hier genau richtig. Wenn es dann doch etwas trubeliger sein darf, ist man in ca. 15 min am Strand, der Promenade und in knappen 10 min im Einkaufszentrum. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings schon erforderlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und uns wurden reichlich Tipps gegeben. Danke dafür! Auch die Hausverwalterin vor Ort ist unter der Woche täglich in Monte Bello um sich um den Garten, den Pool und die Terrassen zu kümmern und hilft gerne weiter. Wir können Monte Bello durchweg empfehlen! Danke für das Teilen dieses schönen Urlaubsdomizils.

Wonderful family stay

Our stay was excellent. The house is spacious and perfect for stays with extended family as its split in 2 separate apartments which allowed for some privacy as well. Pool is heated and the grounds are very well kept. Perfect for a stay during covid times as you dont need to leave the property for anything if you dont want to. Car is essential to get to supermarkets, restaurants or even a promenade for a walk, however everything is just a short drive away. Overall we would love to come back, we really enjoyed it.

Mooie vakantievilla

We herinneren ons Monte Bello als een gastvrije en zeker aan te bevelen vakantiewoning, die tijdens ons familieverblijf ruim voldoende was voor 6 volwassenen en twee kinderen. Ook voor de kleine kinderen waren er mogelijkheden tot spel en ontspanning, mede ook door het mooie verwarmde zwembad. De sfeer van het huis is goed.
