Great location to get high
The little apartment is in a great location for shopping, restaurants, and events at the convention center. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. However, when we got there, there was a musty odor throughout the apartment and the breaker was tripped for the kitchen. We had to go down into the very musty and dirty basement. FYI this is also where the washer and dryer are located. There was trash on the stairs into the basement. Throughout the apartment there were cobwebs in the corners and dead bugs on the shelves and in the cabinets. There was even a glass of dead flowers in the kitchen window. The closet in the bedroom was unusable due to a bunch of stuff including a foam mattress pad being stuffed in there. Outside, there was trash along the pathway, including broken glass and almost all the path lights were broke . The Internet barely worked, you could only have one device connected at a time and even then if you tried to watch television it would have to stop and buffer every 1-2 minutes. We were given only 1 set of towels for each of us despite having a 6 night reservation. The worst part though was the pervasive odor of one or more of the neighbors smoking marijuana every single night in one of the other apartments. We contacted management and their response was that they could not do anything unless the other renters gave them permission to enter. To “fix” the problem they brought us a can of Febreeze.
