Was close to the Love's field, our soul purpose for our trip to watch them ladies kick butt!!! If you don't mind noise then the train going by will not bother you. Loved the fenced in back yard! Is close to many restaurants, movies n dessert places! A keurig would be awesome, a whole pot of coffee wasn't needed.

Hot Weather with a Side of Dog
We so appreciated finding a clean spot with a fenced yard so we didn’t have to walk our dog every couple of hours. The weather was extremely hot so it put a damper on getting out and about. It was truly nice we could order takeout and eat at the place.

Weather interruptions
The hosts are very gracious and very responsive to our needs. We had bad weather 2/3 nights we stayed with Tornado warnings and heavy winds 80-100mph... so nothing that the hosts can control but we lost power due to a transformer. The train runs every night multiple times... personally not a fan of that, however, my 10 year old loved seeing the train go by. The house is really cute and the neighborhood is quiet (except the train)... and is in a convenient location. It's close to the college and some night life not far - we listened to the jazz band the night we had clear weather. Younger, college age adults live in the neighborhood but didn't hear any loud parties going on while we were there. The couches are futons and not the most comfortable to lounge on but they're ok. The host was fair on her charges.

Cozy Little Place to Stay
We stayed for a week in the vintage home. Checkin process was super easy and the place had about all The essential you need. The Train being close the property was a bit startling at first but after a while you get used to it. If you are a light sleeper I would stick to one of the rooms at the front of the house. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave easy instructions on what to do at check out. Super cute place to stay and very conveniently close to shopping and lots of food options around.

The little boys loved the train! It was a sweet house. I would add some extra bed pillows, but beds were good. The train noise did not bother us. It might some who are light sleepers. Our boys want to return to the house in the fall to see the train again!!

Cozy Stay
This is a charming little house. It’s well appointed and comfortable. The location is close to Main Street and a quick drive to campus. It’s not the quietest stay as it is RIGHT next to the railroad tracks and what seems to be a dog kennel (lots of barking). Bathrooms are a little under appointed (no hooks or bars for towels and TINY sinks that do not handle many items) but clean and newer. Hosts are SUPER great to work with, communicated well and very helpful. I’ve rented another property from them before so I knew we’d be taken care of and we were. Enjoyed the stay!

Happy!
This is the first VRBO we've tried and was a bit apprehensive. The owners made the whole experience super easy!! They stayed in constant contact, asking if we needed anything! The inside of the little house was so cute and absolutely spotless! We had plenty of space, the owners supplied clean towels, laundry detergent, bath accessories, etc. ! They thought of everything! Loved it and would recommend for sure!

Cute House & Close to Campus!
Really cute house, very clean, quick 5 minute drive to campus! The house had everything we needed and the hosts were responsive to questions. The only factor to consider, is the house is right next to the train tracks and if you’re a light sleeper this could be a challenge.
