Clean, cozy cabin in nice neighborhood. Cabin as pictured. Got a fair amount of snow and someone even shoveled & salted our walkway. Plenty of firewood provided for wood stove. A few small, minor things with the house/furniture kept me from giving full 5 stars, but did not affect our overall trip. We would stay here again!
When we pulled up to the house, we found a "For Sale" sign out front which surprised us and made us do a double take because we wondered if we were at the right house. We got out of the car and found it really hard to get up the icy steps to the house (no railing). BUT inside, we found a super cute house! Great furnishings, fantastic wood-burning stove and comfy beds. And, so wonderfully quiet at night! One odd thing: towels were still in the dryer when we go to the house--were we supposed to fold them? We weren't sure and so we washed them again to make sure they were clean. Overall, despite having a really hard time getting up and down the steps out front (even the agile 16 year old had a hard time!) we had a great stay! Thank you! I hope who ever buys the house maintains the VRBO (and puts in a railing out front for the stairs!) :)

This is a cute little house! Very comfortable and is stocked with all the things you need.We spent the evenings on the deck,It needs a little sprucing up but overall all we had a great stay.
We loved staying at this property. It was very conveniently located and very clean. We were able to access the property earlier than allowed and we appreciate that very much.
This cabin was perfect for our family with young children and puppy for a long weekend visit. Clean and with everything we needed. Lauren was a great resource, and very responsive to any questions. We had a great time.
Our family planned a last minute getaway and this was just what we needed! We felt right at home.
I can’t say enough good things about Lauren and her prompt responses anytime I had a question.
Distance to town: I appreciated that it wasn’t right I’m the middle of town, but it’s still close enough to everything!
Parking: I loved that we didn’t have to worry about getting stuck in a driveway. There are a couple parking spots right out front that are flat. Definitely a plus during the snowy season.
Kitchen: Just right! It was great having two coffee brewing options. We didn’t cook any meals here, but I could tell all the needed items were provided. Good pots, pans, and other utensils that you would need.
Beds: Dreamy. Sometimes at rentals the beds are so-so. That is not the case here! If I didn’t have kids with me, I probably would have read in bed the whole time it was so cozy.
We didn’t use the TV or fireplace because we enjoyed board games and time in the snow, but it was nice to know we had options if we needed them.
Everything was just as it was described or better! I’d save this home for the future.
