Guests have access to the entire townhome. In both bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), the beds feature premier Nectar mattresses for maximum comfort.

A versatile coffee brewer, compatible with both K-Cup pods and ground coffee, makes mornings easier.

A brand new Sony Bravia 4K TV is available for guests to connect to their Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming accounts and enjoy movies from the cozy sofa.

The home spans two floors, with the bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs, so all guests must be able to climb stairs.

Guests can also enjoy the community pool (weather/season permitting), the community gym, and the private park, which includes the private sandy beach of Point Venture on Lake Travis. Nearby, you'll find boat rentals and golf courses. Plus, the floating restaurant is just minutes away.

PARTIES:
This is a very quiet neighborhood with zero tolerance for parties and loud activities. I'd like to welcome the friendly travel community, like-minded friends who love to travel while respecting and caring for each other. I.e. the "good" travelers.

For BOOKINGS OVER 28 DAYS, a Lease Agreement, background, reference, and income verifications are required as well as photo IDs of each renter within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled.

PETS:
Small dog up to 15 lbs may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Only 1 dog is allowed. Send details to the host at the time of reservation to get approval for the pet. Undisclosed pets will need to be removed from the property.
