Beautiful villa located in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing south facing pool and covered lanai area, perfect for relaxing whether returning from a day at the parks or a day exploring all that Orlando has to offer. The south facing pool is unshaded year round. The covered lanai provides year round shade for those that want to stay cooler.

There are two master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. Both masters have newer Casper mattresses. The other two bedrooms each have two twins beds and are whimsically themed making them fun for kids; one is Mickey Mouse, the other is Harry Potter. All 4 twin mattresses are also newer.

The villa has new flooring in all bedrooms, dining and living room.

The fully stocked kitchen and living area include a breakfast nook and formal dining table which combined can seat 10 people. The kitchen has new stainless appliances. There is a game room with an air hockey/pool table and foosball. The rooms and living area are spacious and the home is equipped with many extras for your use including a pack n play, a small umbrella stroller, a larger stroller, a large cooler, and a high chair. There are also chairs and an umbrella that can be used if you want to venture to the beach.

Located half a mile from Publix and 6 miles from Walmart. There are also many restaurants and fast food places within the same distance.
