The free bus can take you all over town including historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, and Deer Valley.

This wonderful condo boasts 1,490 square feet, one bedroom, one loft room, and two full bathrooms. All to sleep up to four guests in comfort.

When you first step into this home, you'll be greeted by the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This area features hardwood flooring throughout, a vaulted ceiling, and spectacular golf course and mountain views.

Living Room: Features plush sectional and armchair, a cozy gas fireplace, work desk, and 50” Samsung Smart TV with Sonos speaker.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including double ovens, ice maker, gorgeous stone countetrops, and bar seating for three.

Dining Room: Seating for four and access to the back patio overlooking the golf course, with BBQ grill, outdoor furnishings, and amazing views.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful inside! The perfect place to relax after a day of skiing at Park City, which was just a brief walk away. We rented and stored our skis down at the village, which was about .4 miles of a walk from this condo. So an easy walk to/from skiing each day made this place a perfect rental for our family!

Wonderful Ski Property

Property was well stocked for cooking if you want to eat in. Walking distance to First Time Lift and Park City Base. Bus stop was right outside if you want to go downtown. Pool and amenities were conveniently right next door.

Spring Break Ski Vacation

Condo was in a great location. The only issue was the size of the downstairs bathroom, very cramped for 2 people, really needs a pocket door to create more space. Overall nice property.

Convenience & Comfort

This condo is beautiful, clean and well equipped. I especially appreciated the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap (no fiddling with tiny bottles or trips to the store) and the cooking oil and spices in the kitchen. It is a short walk (or 1 bus stop) from the PC lifts. The management company was very professional and available to help. We felt well taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
