Relaxation and adventure await at Sugar Breeze in beautiful Highland Parks at Blue Mountain Beach - a new upscale resort community with the highest elevations on 30A. The property backs onto Point Washington State Park and its many miles of meandering walking and mountain biking trails. Explore the area with ease by hopping on the 4 bikes provided or cruising down to Blue Mountain Beach on the 6-seat golf cart. The home offers the closest walk to the beach in the neighborhood, accessed using the bike trail directly behind the house. It is approximately a half-mile walk to convenient public beach access at Blue Mountain Beach. Or, take a stroll and check out Gulfview Heights Beach - both nearby beaches offer public restrooms.

Just a short walk from the home lies the stunning heated community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls, a hot tub, a fire pit, and string lighting. There is also a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Gulfview Heights Beach Access is one and a half miles from the home.

The home features 10-foot ceilings, and the dining area leads to a completely renovated, gorgeous backyard. Boasting a new deck with pavers and an expansive seating area, it's the ideal area to unwind. Play a game of cornhole or try out the new 3-hole putting green as the group chef sears meals to perfection on the grill. Dine alfresco before lounging comfortably in the Adirondack chairs as the gas fire table creates a lovely ambience.

Things to Know
A six-seater street-legal golf cart, four adult bikes, and beach gear (chairs and an umbrella) will be provided with every reservation.
Your reservation includes the Resort Linen and Terry Package, with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed for every check-in.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: One surveillance camera is installed at the front door, pointed toward the driveway. There is also one camera on the back porch pointing to the backyard area. It is always on, is capable of recording sound, and will only begin recording video/sound when motion is detected near the camera.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
