Nice space for a family or group in convenient central location
This is a nice place with a common area for your family to gather but my teens enjoyed being able to retreat to their own bedrooms with TVs and private bathrooms after vacationing together with their parents and siblings all day. Overall very pleasant and exactly as described. Our rented Tesla fit in the garage but anything bigger than that probably would not. This is not a criticism of the property at all, just to help you plan which car to rent when you stay here!

My overall stay was not too great. The place is nicely furnished and modern, and the A/C keeps the place nice and cool. However, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. There were foot marks on one of the restrooms door. There was a lot of trash underneath one of the beds. We ran out of toilet paper in one of the restrooms and did not have extra supply in there. The floors were dirty. I took a few steps with bare feet and my feet quickly started turning black from all of the dirt. There was also garments left in the washer from the people who were there prior to us. If it was cleaner I definitely would have given more stars.

Great Stay
This was a nice property that was easy to access. Manager was very responsive and easy to work with. This property is about 15 minutes from Universal City. Overall the neighborhood was quiet at night. Our large SUV was a tight fit in the garage.

The property was amazing; easy check in. Great location. We did have a little trouble with the street entrance; the code didn’t seem to work for us. Not sure if it was the battery or what. Other than that, amazing VRBO!

Nice place clean
The place was very nice and clean would recommend, the only things I would warn about is the garage is tiny and you can only park one car in it, we had a extra vehicle that had to park two blocks away.
