This spacious house is approximately 6 miles from Downtown Cincinnati and is near it all! Whether you want to visit the Paul Brown Stadium, the Great American Ballpark, TQL Stadium, The Heritage Bank Center, The Cincinnati Music Hall, The Arnoff Center, The Andrew J Brady Music Center, The Banks, The Cincinnati Zoo, The Incline District or any of the other fabulous attractions in the Cincinnati Area you will at the center of it all.

When you arrive at this incredible 3 bedroom brick single family house you are first greeted by the most inviting front porch with seating.

Upon entering this immaculate private house with hardwood floors throughout you will feel welcome and at home entering the cozy living room that has a large couch and a comfortable high back vibrant wing chair with ottoman. The 55 inch smart tv and LG soundbar are guest favs for a movie night.
The dining room and kitchen are off of the living room on the main level.
The dining room has seating for four.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, tea pot, cookware, dishes and utensils.

Quiet, family oriented neighborhood close to all the Cincinnati has to offer.
Very nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Gated garage area that can easily fit three cars along with additional space along the driveway. Very close to numerous restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

Great for a weekend stay!

Some friends and I were in town for a football game, and we had a great stay here. The house was clean and just as advertised. There were plenty of places to eat and shop within a short driving distance. The beds and bed linens were super comfortable, and the house itself was very cozy and inviting. Check in and check out were both seamless, and we had no issues at all. We would cinsider staying again in the future.

New Grandma

We rented this cozy home for a longer stay so we could be close and enjoy the arrival of our brand new grand baby. It was a wonderful stay and we felt welcome, comfortable and at home . Wonderful Stay

Everything was perfect! The house, especially the kitchen, was equipped with everything you would ever need. The hostess was a joy to work with from beginning to end. The house was very clean and comfortable. The decor was very nice. I would recommend this house hands down!!
