Fall vacation

Nice little duplex - neighbor was nice. Heat didn’t work so will be an issue in winter. Close to the beach - a lot of American flags in the neighborhood - felt safe!

nice stay at the beach

Tucked back behind some condo's. Good price for location. Close to beach and strip. Great parking. Walking distance to most restaurants and local attractions. Perfect place for rocktober fest race. Good for two, might a a little small for 4.

Beach fail

First of all, the photo in the listing was nothing like the property there were high-rises all around us, we had no sky view except through a little alley. The step leading off the kitchen to the porch was not up to coptical'd. And several people stumbled out the door 1 person fell luckily no injuries. The gentleman that lived next door was unbelievably rude. We had several confrontations with him. There was no grill, that was very disappointing. The ceiling fans had about 3 inches of accumulated dust on them, they were disgusting. I would not recommend anybody to stay there. And I would not stay there again myself.

Nope not going back

I won't stay again anywhere the property management operates on. Had 2 men, supposedly come in while we were out to "fix things" Was told in one text message they were Adam and Ryan. I was upset as they came in without my knowledge on 2 separate occasions. Next message I got said they didn't know who it was that came in. Our privacy was invaded. I tried to call the owner of the place and got no response. The so called day bad was terrible and I went and bought an inflatable mattress. We were disturbed at the intrusions and decided to check out 08:00 am Wednesday, 2 days after arrival. We paid for eight days but left as we're elderly and we were never told anyone would invade our privacy. I believe that intrusion was illegal and unauthorized. We were responsible for the location and they claimed they didn't know who it was that came in? I asked for a partial refund but never got an answer. I'm not happy as our stay was spoiled by the incidents

Quaint Cottage

Comfortable, quaint cottage in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Would absolutely stay again!

Quiet, Comfy and. Convenient

The Property Manager was very easy to get a hold of. I did let him know the coffee pot wasn’t working and he purchased a new one and brought it over that day. He also brought new sheets as well as more TP, paper towels, etc. We loved our stay and would love to return. Thanks for a great experience.

Amazing place but…

Our stay at this cottage was amazing! There were some flaws like dog hair EVERYWHERE, even outside on the deck, and there were some “waterbugs” crawling out the AC but those reasons werent enough to ruin my vacation. The cottage came with almost everything and it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would give this listing a 5 out of 5 if it didnt end bittersweet. We had no communication with the owner, i tried calling but calls never went through until the end when he charged us for things we didnt even do… no where on the listing does it mention the freezer being out of order or a sign warning us, so when we tried opening it the handle came off, we assumed the owner knew about this because the freezer had tape on the side against the wall keeping it shut. He was very hostile over the phone even though we were completely calm. My partner also left his car key at the home after checkout so we came back for them and the cleaning lady was SUPER rude! She greeted him with a “what do you want!” And accused us of stealing walmart quality sheets..

The neighborhood was very quite. House was decent. But the coffee machine didn't work, mini blinds keep falling apart, fridge door handle was broken, and only had one roll of toilet paper. Had to go buy our own. Overall the area was decent. Would suggest some updates to house.

Simply amazing

I do not know where to begin but this was my 1st time using the app and what a gem of a place we found to stay at. The professionalism shown with Lester was amazing. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect on the property. We entered the home very easily with the lock box. The home was so very clean and I judge that by also wearing my white socks threw home that stayed white! It was decorated so sweet with a HUGE Frig that was so cold as well as a small frig for back up. Shower pressure was great better then my new home has. It was nestled in between homes with neighbors . The deck was super amazing filled with loads of chairs great for BBQ just needs an umbrella but our weather wasn’t the best- otherwise I’m sure there was one if we looked. Bed was super comfy and best was we felt safe to sleep with the slider open next to our bed. Plenty of closet space for my over crowed clothing I must bring. I never heard the ppl next to us other then a hello when we came in. Total Gem of a place and I hope this will be our new go to spot yearly . Don’t hesitate to stay here be assured you are on a quiet family street and staying at a well maintained place kept extremely clean. It is very hard to find cottage this clean and cared for. Thank you so much ! I’d rate this a 10 if I could
