AWESOME WEEKEND GAME GETAWAY

Property was as pictured. Very Clean and nicely furnished. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. LOVED LOVED that we were within walking distance to USC stadium. I would recommend host to provide additional bedding/blankets during winter season. Overall, a fantadtic place and wouls definitely stay again!!

Definitely Renting Again

A group of six, 39 and up came came for a wedding and preceding activities. The location was PERFECT. 7-9 minutes from Main Street. The house was clean, the decorum was modern and chic. The beds were PHENOMENAL! So comfortable and all my group was in agreement. We have another trip to Columbia and would love to rent again.

Visiting son at USC

We were visiting our son. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. The bedrooms were fine. The mattresses were comfortable. The bed in the middle bedroom does squeak. It is the frame. Appreciate the shower head being up high and good water pressure. The seating area could have been more comfortable. Very small sofa. There is plenty of room to have larger and more comfortable seating so a family as space to hang out.

Wonderful stay

We had to be in Columbia for a brief stay. We know the city pretty well, so we knew what we were looking for. The house was perfect, clean, great location for what we needed, and the owner was excellent in communicating with us. 5 stars all the way.

Great place for a family stay!

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend for the Clemson game and the property was perfect! Walking distance to the stadium! There were 6 of us and the property had plenty of room. It was very clean and the linens and towels were great! The property owner was exceptionally easy to communicate with when needed. We highly recommend this property

Lovely home close to fort Jackson

We were constantly on the move and didn’t stay in the home much, but we wanted to! Great option for Fort Jackson Family Day and Graduation events. We were able to arrange for late check out at the last minute which was much appreciated!

Great house

Stayed for the week while my son took care of some school work. Great house. Kitchen was adequate for cooking in. Great walking neighborhood. Little bit noisier area than I am used to but definitely an overall comfortable stay.

Great Game Weekend

Friends and family in Columbus for a football game. Great location, adorable and safe neighborhood. Communication with owner/manager was always available (we didn’t need to because check-in was easy and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend

Convenient location

Very safe and nice location. However it appears to be new and startup. While the overall cleanliness was acceptable there were carpet stains on the floor, minor holes in the walls, low end appliances, furniture and condiments.

Location was wonderful however 3 bedrooms, not enough linens they need more televisions and more basic dishes,the front door was not locking properly could not use the front entry do to sidewalk terrible shape the back porch needs work,fan in master bedroom does not work needs table lamps the one and only tv shares the Chanel’s or apps with others could not enjoy do to sharing with others anyway the property owner was very easy and nice

Loved everything about the place overall. Would love to come back, but the couch in the living room Has to be replaced. It’s so horribly uncomfortable to watch TV. Stains on carpet and big rug, not appealing and a cheap fix. Small TV in MBR would be a great addition.

Nice Property, but.... May I have a refund?

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled after this stay. After a three-night visit, I left far from well-rested, and my group was exhausted. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons. Cons: Misleading Room Configurations: The home was advertised as having 1 king and 2 queens but had 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full bed. Inadequate kitchenware: Plates, cups, and bowls were chipped, and there weren’t enough utensils for our group of six.Limited Seating: Family room seating was insufficient, requiring us to move dining and desk chairs. The dining table only fit four people. Cheap, Small Furniture: Furniture was small, uncomfortable, and low quality, turning minor annoyances into major frustrations.Bright Spotlight: A spotlight from a neighboring house shone into the bedrooms, making sleep nearly impossible. Constant Train Noise: A relentless train whistle disturbed sleep—eight times on the final night alone. Pros: Cleanliness: The home was clean, though some areas showed significant wear. Responsive Owner (Initially): The owner addressed the bedding issue and provided extra plates and utensils. Early Check-In: An early check-in was helpful as I was traveling with elderly parents. Despite some positives, the cons outweighed the pros. Misleading information, lack of amenities, and discomfort made for a disappointing stay. The owner became unresponsive by the end, leaving issues unresolved. Each night, we considered checking out for a hotel, but the cost was prohibitive.

Great location

This rental is in such a great little neighborhood. We felt incredibly safe the entire time and not far, via Uber, from anything. We took a nice walk through the neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhoods and had a great time! The linens were all very clean and all glassware was clean as well. Very impressed with the kitchen and bathrooms and overall living spaces in terms of cleanliness. Main shower is very spacious and shower head had great water pressure! Cons: Main bedroom carpet is stained and never seemed very clean. All of the mattresses are EXTREMELY hard. Very uncomfortable. All of the windows are covered with blinds but no curtains so all of the rooms, minus the middle room, are very bright all throughout the night. The house is very close to a busy street so the main bedroom was noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Sleep was not easy to come by. The staff was very professional to work with and would rent from the company again. If the mattresses and window treatment problems were addressed, we would absolutely rent this property again.
