Inside, the cottage boasts three bedrooms (two queens and a bunk room) and one full bathroom.

The first bedroom offers a spacious retreat with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom, almost identical in size, features another queen bed!

The bunk room is perfect for the kids, with twin bunk beds.

The full bathroom includes a tub, ideal for rinsing off after a fun-filled day at the beach!

Clean and comfortable

The house was very neat and clean. Comfortable beds! It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well as so many towels stocked in the house. Appreciated the beach chairs available as well. We chose to drive to the beach because the areas we wanted to go (near bath house on long sands, or short sands) was a bit far to walk with kids and gear, but that was fine by us. Since we were so close by it was easy to get to the beach early and find parking. Rental management was responsive and helpful. The rental was perfect for our family beach vacation!

Gem of a cottage

We spent 9 days at Johnnys Vintage Gem and had a thoroughly relaxing, peaceful vacation. The cottage was fully stocked, so we lacked for nothing. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage throughout was exceptionally clean. The walk down to the beach took 5 minutes and ocean close enough so we could hear the waves at night. This was a great cottage for just the two of us, but would make a fantastic choice for bigger families. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great cottage and location

Great beach cottage with lots of charm! Bigger than expected, and liked front deck seating. Clean and well stocked, with really comfortable beds. Location was good, and having high school track across the street was a bonus!
