First time staying at a VRBO and everything went very smoothly. Home was exactly as advertised, easy check-in/check-out directions, and a clean and comfortable stay.
We stayed at this property with my daughters godparents for her college graduation from Colorado Christian University. It was perfectly located for restaurants and where the graduation venue was being held. Instructions were all very clear and very helpful. We would highly recommend this property.
Tv's didnt work sometimes and switches had a mind of there own in the master bedroom! No coffeepot. Also if you are older people there are alot of steps! For longer stays there are no extra towels so would have to wash towels.
This beautiful townhome was absolutely spotless.
The garage was a wonderful aspect.
The location was absolutely perfect: close to downtown Castle Rock; and along Wolfensberger, which makes it very convenient to get over to the mountains.
The property owner was very easy to deal with and we would highly recommend this property to anyone.
We had a great time at this property!
We had an excellent time staying in Castle Rock Colorado, the place was extremely clean and just the right size for our family.
The only exception to everything being really great was an issue with the trash service that was handled in due time.
Would I Stay at this place again absolutely!

Stay
Overall, it wasn’t too bad of an experience, it was clean and comfy. However, the location wasn’t the easiest to find and parking was not ideal. We didn’t have a compact car (had a truck) and we had to park roughly 3 blocks away when we found street parking. The neighbor directly across parked parallel to the garage and the house with a truck like we were parked at first.
The Castle Rock condo/townhouse was very nice, clean and well-appointed. The location is outstanding, convenient to downtown Castle Rock, grocery, restaurants and the Philip S. Miller recreation area and Rock Park. The young adults enjoyed the zip-lining at Philip S. Miller while the more senior folks enjoyed hiking.
Very clean! very convenient! very comfortable!!!! We would definitely stay at this vacation home again.
Thank you to the Prices!!

Multilevel town home close (but not walkable) to downtown Castle Rock.
The home was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed.
The garage is just big enough for a van, but be careful with the curbing going into the garage.
There is no door to the bathroom attached to the primary bedroom, which might be problematic for some.
Overall nice place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Castle Rock property. It had all the amenities you could think of and was very clean. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There was a 2 car garage to park in but unfortunately our big truck would not fit in it. However, there was parking on the street by the condo. The town of Castle Rock was really quaint and had great restaurants!!! We took the train into Denver for the NFL game, which was a plus. We took day trips to Boulder and Fraser for tubing - Castle Rock was a great location. Bottom line great place to stay and very convenient location for Denver Area. Highly recommend!!!

Barest essentials
Host is generally cooperative But I would hardly call it well stocked. Not a tissue box in sight. No games or puzzles or cards... all VRBO placrs we have stayed have provided some alternatives to TV.
HOST could not help us to get the TV TO
FUNCTION. OFFERED ONE SOLUTION BUT NEVER OFFERED TO COME BY OR SEND SOMEONE OVER. WE MANAGED but not the best VRBO experience we've ever had.
This was a cute, little condo to stay at for our trip of exploring and concert going in Colorado. So many places nearby that were within an hour or two. Great base camp for day trips! The town of Castle Rock had all the necessities, lovely downtown area, and lots of food choices for eating out, pick up, or delivery within 5 minutes of the condo. Condo was clean, neighborhood quiet. Not quite a five star stay due to the host being unfamiliar with the property details and delayed responses, however, I believe she had not been feeling well, so this was probably an exception, and not the normal experience one would have here. Also, the condo was very clean and tastefully decorated, but the cozy details were a bit deceiving as once we settled in we realized some of the basic items you’d expect in a fully stocked and furnished rental were lacking. Overall, a great place to stay while in Colorado.

Clean and safe location but amenities don’t match pictures
Clean house in a nice neighborhood close to many places and easy access. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this one was average mainly due to simple, fixable issues.
WiFi didn’t work so the Roku TV didn’t work. When we texted the owners they apologized with no resolution. Need to upgrade their WiFi network. We ended up running tv and computers on our hotspot.
No dish towels, only 6 bath towels for 4 adults and an infant for 4 days, Very tight. 1/2 roll of paper towels in kitchen was all we had to dry with. Toilet paper was maybe 1 grade over rest stop TP, no tissues, no bar soap, lotion or shampoo in bathrooms.
Pictures show snacks and drinks fully furnished but we came in and had 3 nuts that were leftover ones, chili flavor😩. We had 2 waters and 3 sprite, 1 creamer in container and the tea selection was maybe 4 packets. If you’re going to show pictures of amenities it needs to match when we arrive or don’t include in pictures. We didn’t stop to grab snacks due to pictures
Communication with host was slow, asked for early check in a few weeks before & never heard back. Finally said we could come in early the morning we flew in, which was nice.
Property advertised for 6 but charged $120 for extra person, lowered nightly fee but charge for over 4 guest was the reason I was told. Tricky marketing, felt deceptive
I think the 3 star is good here since nothing was above and beyond both with amenities and communication. But a clean house it was, very bare and simple
