A beautiful home newly renovated with a farmhouse sink, stainless appliances, hardwood flooring and a great location just minutes from first beach and 3 miles to the heart of Newport. We have plenty of off-street parking (up to 4 spots).
There are 3 bedrooms, including a master en suite with a private sliding glass door to a huge backyard. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, all non toxic ceramic cookware and everything else you need to prepare a meal in the comforts of your own home!

We are located in a family friendly neighborhood that is ideal for small families or working professionals.

Absolutely no pets due to severe allergies of family members who use the rental property part of the year or party animals allowed:)

Great Vacation!

Great place in a great location!! Our host, Shannon was very accommodating, answered all our questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We really liked the neighborhood setting and could walk to just about anywhere.

Close to the beach, great house for kids.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen, great relaxing backyard with swings, grill, and a fire pit. The house is a few minutes from a great beach called Second beach which was great to spend a day there as well as pass by in the evenings for a sunset walk on the shore. There’s a lot to do in the area, Newport cliff walk, car museums, and great restaurants.

Best place in Newport

This place was absolutly amazing. Perfect for the not-as-mobile in-laws and our kids (4 and 7). There was an awesome yard for kids to play in and its in a really good neighborhood. The hosts were awesome, and extremely family. The house had everything you could need. It was very quiet and everyone had enough space and privacy. Internet was great for work. We will stay here again on our next trip to Newport.

Amazing experience

First time staying here ! Extremely satisfied with the location, cleanliness, everything available in the house and amazing host Shanon + great pricing. This is by far my best experience in new port and would highly recommend ! The place felt Like home from day 1 and it’s super Cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice !

Great location, great hosts

House is adorb, plenty of parking amazing location (we are massive beach people), but close to downtown as well. Clean, had everything we needed and effortless check-in. Shannon and her family were amazing, they made it feel like we were staying at a friends house, not a rental. The neighbors were super friendly as well. Def recommend, we’ll be back.

Great hospitality and comfortable place

My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and we brought my 1-year-old and mom. It was such a comfortable and fun place for all of us. Shannon was such a responsive and thoughtful host—when we had logistics questions (not even about the unit!) she went above and beyond to help us get information. it was a great place for our kid to explore in the yard. The unit was very clean, and it was a convenient distance to get into Newport for wedding events. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Awesome!

Perfect space for our party of 5. Host was easy to communicate with. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Short walk to the beach and absolutely loved having coffee in the morning on the bench swing.

Perfect home away from home for sailors visiting Newport!

Shannon's house worked out perfectly for our sailing crew of 5 (2 couples and 1 single crew member). Lots of room and not far from Sail Newport!

Great apartment near beaches

Nice apartment near First Beach and a short drive to Second Beach or Newport. Lots to do in area. Plenty of space for all 5 of us in well decorated clean unit. Host was attentive and top notch!

Perfect location!

I'm glad we chose this property for our RI stay. It's easy access to Newport and Middletown and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with all essentials and the owners let us use their beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Having two bathrooms was a blessing with a teenager, all in all a great stay! Thank you!

Quiet, convenient rental

It was a pretty hot and humid week in Newport, but Shannon supplied two portable AC units and several fans to help keep the unit comfortable. The rental is in a fantastic neighborhood (my friends and I have rented within a few blocks of the property every year since 2016 for the Folk Festival). We'll definitely be looking at this property when we plan for next year.

Excellant location, just what we were looking for. The apartment feels more like a house than an apartment. It's very separate and private. I gave a four stars for cleanliness because there's no dishwasher. Other than that , the apartment was very clean. Very nice washer & dryer.

Middletown RI - perfect for family of four

We had a great time at Shannon's place in Middletown. This was our third trip to RI and our second time staying in Middletown. Shannon's place is less than a mile to Second Beach (which was the main draw for us) and just minutes to Newport. Can't thank Shannon enough for making our stay so enjoyable.

So accommodating!

Shannon was the best! Very accommodating when it came to trying to figure out my arrival with a hurricane hitting the area! She greeted me upon arrival with plenty of information of things to do in the area. Told me not to hesitate if there is something she doesn't have in the rental she would get it right over to me. VERY clean! I can definitely see renting this place in the future. Even in the Winter, Newport is a great place to visit especially around the holidays. Whether it's for a week or a long weekend, I will be back
