The Space:
This unit is located at the top of one of the tallest buildings in Key West. Endless sunrise and water views from the oversized balcony at the rear of the unit. Great for watching the charter boats come and go to the world class fishing grounds available in Key West. Step up the stairs to the private balcony located on the other side of the unit to watch sunset over Key West.

Located in historic downtown Key West. Less than 1mi to Duval Street, Historic Seaport, Hemingway House, etc.

Completely updated this home has a full kitchen with quartz countertops stocked with cooking supplies and utensils for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook & eat a meal excluding spices&oil. A full size washer and dryer.

The large living room has floor to ceiling glass overlooking the water, perfect for hosting a large family get together. A second living room / game space is located in the spacious loft on the second floor, along with a bunk bed that can sleep 2 additional kids or adults.

The King master bedroom is located downstairs and has water views and direct access to the balcony along with an in suite full bathroom. Upstairs you will find yet a second master two-queen bedroom with views of the city from the attached balcony. The second master has a large en suite bathroom. There are two additional large bedrooms each with two queen beds and en suite bathrooms. All bedroom and common rooms are large with plenty of common space for hanging out, relaxing, playing games, etc. All rooms have flat screen TVs with cable service. High speed WiFi.

Overall, this unit can accommodate up to 16 guests.

If you enjoy fishing, bring your boat down! A slip is reserved with your rental, at no extra cost. The dock has power, fresh water, and a covered fish cleaning station. A commercial size ice maker is available for guest use. Our condo is right next to a great restaurant with craft beer on tap, music & Tiki Hut sunset cruises.

The Neighborhood:
Key West is a special place within the U.S. Tropical warm winds year round, thick green foliage, world class fishing and diving, 10+ palm tree species, historic homes, 200+restaurants & bars on this 4mi x 2mi island. The location of this home is perfect for getting anywhere in Key West. Quick access to New Town and grocery stores as well as Duval Street and anywhere else in Downtown Key West. Bayview park is next door with plenty of open spaces, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and festivals on many weekends throughout the year.

Getting Around:
Our location allows you to get around by foot or bicycle. Electric carts are rented frequently on the island - we can accommodate plug in. You won't need a car, unless you're driving down route 1 from mainland FL. Lyft/Uber are plentiful.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Pet friendly for one dog, up to 25lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 2 vehicles (to include golf cart). Max boat length 40ft, max boat beam 13ft, there is a fixed bridge entrance with 18-ft clearance into the marina. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. Events must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises. Unit are managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. No in-person check-in required. Digital access to the property via keyless entry codes to condominium elevator and common spaces. Condo unit code will be provided no less than 24 hours prior to arrival date. Maintenance is accessible during the same.
