Conveniently located just 7 blocks from Mayo and also close to many parks, recreational trails, stores and dining. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, main-level unit of a duplex has been completely renovated inside and out! Enjoy brand new, modern furnishings, appliances and a unit that has not been lived in since the remodel and is new to the rental market. This unit is equipped with everything you need to make it your home away from home.

This unit is part of a stacked duplex. This is the main-level unit, but you will need to go up about 5 steps when entering so please keep that in mind.

This unit sleeps 4 guests across the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has Roku TVs, blackout curtains, extra blankets, and hangers in closets.

There is one bathroom with a shower/tub combination and plenty of towels and extra shelving for storage.

The kitchen features brand-new appliances and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy your home-cooked meal in the beautiful, spacious dining room that opens up to the cozy living room. The living room features a comfy couch, two stylish chairs and a 55" smart TV.

PARKING

There is one designated parking space on property in the driveway, in front of one of the garage stalls. If you have more than one vehicle it will need to be parked on the street - but street parking is free!

LAUNDRY

There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the duplex which is available for both units to utilize. Please note that this is a shared space with the other unit.

Great post surgery stay
This house was perfect for us to relax in while my husband recovered from surgery before he could fly home. It is convenient to Mayo as well as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would stay here again if we come back to Rochester.

Perfect place for recovery
My daughter and I stayed here for a week after she had a surgery at Mayo. The place was well stocked and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. It is very close to the hospital, as well. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to stay close to the hospital during their recovery.

Why they chose this property

This property is really great because of its location. Many guests find themselves here because of the Mayo Clinic and this is conveniently located just 7 blocks from Mayo, as well as close to major grocery stores, restaurants, and a lot of outdoor activities. This property has also been through a complete renovation in 2022 so everything is brand new. Appliances, furnishings, floors, cabinets - all new! There is also a designated parking spot in the driveway so you don't need to worry about street parking.
