This second-floor, oceanfront condo (walk-up, no elevator) is your ticket to the Ocean City escape you crave! Spend mornings relaxing with a sunrise cup of coffee in the papasan chair on your large, beachfront balcony, then slip into your swimsuit to head to the water, just downstairs. When it’s time to explore, you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other attractions.
Inside, you’ll find delightful coastal decor and lots of beachy blues. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a complete set of appliances and plenty of counter space, including a standalone island with barstool seating. Four more can dine alfresco on the balcony. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, then head for the beach. You’ll find four beach chairs, two boogie boards, and a beach umbrella stashed in the storage locker associated with this condo, along with a convenient washer/dryer. Spend evenings streaming the latest release on either smart TV or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media.

Things to Know
Guests can use personal logins for streaming services.
There are two air-conditioning wall units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, that cool the entire condo.
The private washer/dryer is located in the storage closet in the parking lot. It is unavailable from December to April.
Elevators are unavailable.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
