Dated, falling apart, good space, good location. Responsive management.

The bad: Looks like no one wants to spend a dime on it. I think it's for sale. Bunk beds-broken & half fixed before that. Internet not working. Stained furniture covers, front door has to be slammed to close, bathroom door won't close without putting all your weight to it. Pads for indoor wicker chairs gross & uncomfortable. Paint is stained & marked up . Yellowed posters from mid90s falling out of frames & look like they have not been dusted since then. Holes in the walls where there were fixtures. Towel bar falling out of wall. Stained yellowed shower curtain with a hole in it. No dimmer switches. It's either hospital lighting or nothing. The good: Tiffany got back to me every time I emailed her. Spacious. It was clean in a sense that the crew did their job for a stay, but it needs a deep cleanse. Location is great.
