Unwind and connect with friends and family in our insta-worthy, retro inspired home. We have it all - the perfect location, beautifully designed interior & lots of outdoor space. Located on a paved walking/bike path in the heart of the St. Elmo neighborhood 10 mins to downtown. Easily walkable to food & drinks or coffee & ice cream. Over 2200 sq ft, we comfortably sleep 10 adults in 4 bedrooms/ 3.5 bath. A 5 person hot tub, 30 ft pool, ping pong table, yard games, a private bar, and fire pit!

*In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and front and rear yard. There is a detached shed that is not included in the rental of this property.

Other things to note
Guest Access: Guests will receive your unique door code with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival. The home is accessed via smart lock.

Parking: The parking area can fit 4-6 cars. It’s located off a walking path, PLEASE BE CAREFUL when pulling in or backing out, people are riding bikes and pushing strollers.

Fire pit: If you would like to use the fire pit during your stay, you will need to bring your own firewood. If you would like us to provide it for you, we can do so for a fee.

TV’s: There is NO cable TV. You can log into your own accounts using apps on the Smart TVs to watch movies and TV shows: Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.

Excellent! I would definitely stay there again.

The house is so cute and well decorated. The house was very clean and well equipped with most anything you would need in the kitchen. The location is great. You’re very close to grocery store and places to eat.

Smith Family Vacation

We loved our stay! The owners were super helpful with questions about the area. Plenty of space for all 7 of us! Cute historic district! We loved that we could spend some relaxing time in the hot tub and pool! Nice added touches like pool towels provided, black wash clothes for makeup removal, sound machines in the rooms, built in night lights in the stairs, really more than I can mention.

Marvelous!

Wonderful place to stay! Everything you could possibly think of has been taken care of.. just unpack and enjoy. Details: Small things make a difference. Keurig coffee maker is a plus. Washer dryer. Restaurants within walking distance. Great neighborhood.

Weekend Getaway

Myself and 8 other friends had a wonderful time staying in Diana’s home. The house is beautiful with plenty of space. It’s is in a very convenient location with some coffee shops/pizza/other shops close by. There is also a mixed use path nearby where I was able to have a great morning run.

Family Getaway

We stayed at this house with our adult children and 2.5 year grandson for our daughter’s 30th birthday weekend. The house is really cute, very clean, and has lots of fun activities and thoughtful touches. It is very kid friendly, with built-in retractable baby gates on all the stairways, which was a huge bonus for us. The kitchen is very well stocked and the various entertaining areas make this ideal for families or groups. We enjoyed playing ping-pong and corn hole. Sadly, it wasn’t pool friendly weather during our visit and hot tub jets were out of commission, but we enjoyed relaxing in it anyway. The owners are extremely helpful and responded immediately to all messages. We had a fantastic time walking on the greenway and to the cute St. Elmo downtown. Overall, a fantastic visit! We would highly recommend this property!

Charming Chattanooga

Property is just as pictured in the listing! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for a big group, good location, big parking lot and very beautifully decorated! We had the best girls weekend in the Jade House and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

Great Place!

We loved our stay here! Super close to so many activities, stores, and restaurants. We had trouble with the wifi dropping the first night, and the host was very responsive to our messages. The decor was super cute! Lot of things in the home to keep you busy.

Great place and location

Very clean house and decorated so cute. We had plenty of hot water, great water pressure, wonderful hot tub and the ping pong table was used constantly!! We were surprised to have 2 sets of washer/dryers. Our only complaint is we didn't get to come in the summer and use the pool. This was very close to Rock City and downtown too. Will stay there again if we can!!

Chattanooga Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The proximity to downtown and everything you need is within 10 minutes. The house itself was beautiful with fun renovations and decorations. It was plenty of space for the 7 adults and 1 baby we had. They even had accommodations and gear for our baby (baby gate, pack and play, seats). The hosts were extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. So many fun things to do in this house!

Great place! Highly recommend!

My family of four stayed here with another family (in total, 4 kids and 4 adults). The top loft was spacious enough to sleep all the kids. The kitchen was spacious and had great plates, utensils, and cookware. Loved the large dining room table that could fit us all. The kids (8, 10, 10, & 12) loved the hot tub and pool (even though it was chilly outside!). We were able to walk to the incline mtn ride, brewery and food easily in St Elmo. Place was convenient to downtown (10 min) and other attractions.

Perfect First Weekend of Fall!

I hosted a Yoga & Wellness retreat the first weekend of fall. I chose this house based on the aesthetic and it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful backdrop for our event. Kitchen was well stocked and made creating our meals easy. The bedrooms were great. The house was super clean. The outdoor space was perfect for sunrise yoga, afternoon swimming and evening hot tub time and a fire pit wrap up. Check out instructions were so easy. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house felt very private even tho it is right next to other houses. The host was very easy to communicate with and always had quick responses leading up to the event & during. The only thing that could be a drawback is that I didn't realize the amount of stairs. Would not be an easy stay for someone with mobility issues. We all loved our stay! I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful getaway home

Can't say enough nice things about our stay here. This home is perfect for a social gathering. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped it was, especially for families with young children - multiple pack and plays, stairwell guards, and a booster seat all came in handy. Proximity to local attractions was also a big plus! Would definitely rent this house again!

Great stay

This house is situated in a wonderful location in Chattanooga. The house was well appointed, had a nice pool and hot tub, both of which were clean. The upstairs loft was an oasis for the kids and the downstairs master was a retreat for the grandparents. We also enjoyed the front porch with an enclosed front yard. The firepit hosted several nights of s'mores and stories.

Great getaway spot

Wonderful home with lots of entertainment!

This house was great for our weekend trip! A group of close friends were in Chattanooga for a wedding, and we had a blast staying at this home! The house looked just like the pictures, with so much entertainment in the home - hot tub, pool, yard games, ping pong, etc. Diana was great communicating prior to the check-in process and gave us lots of information about things to do. Would highly recommend this home for groups!

WOW!

OK, where to begin. Great location! We were in Chattanooga for a family member’s wedding. Downtown is crazy busy, fun, and exciting, however after the hustle and bustle we were looking for some downtime, and we found it at The Jade! Diana thought this house out and anticipated what each guest would need during their stay. It truly is walking distance from the small downtown area of St Elmo. You can walk to the Incline train, breweries, restaurants, coffee, groceries, and ice cream. The walking path was easy and safe for the kiddos in the group. Kids had their own space, only down fall is the wood window décor, (by the way is cool) covering is open air so the kids could hear the adults when we were in the living room and the bar area in the basement. The bar area is a straight shot up the stairs right into their room. Enough bathrooms for our family. We unfortunately were only able to enjoy the space for 3 nights. Our check in and out was smooth and easy. Diana was a gem to work with, and each time we had a question, she was on it. Gave us information on many things to do, eat and explore within the area. The beds were all comfy, lots of space for that family member who needs more down time, dining room table fit all 8. Lots of blankets for snuggling. The hot tub was awesome and even tho the pool is not heated we did have a family member jump in. Ping pong table was a hit with the kids and adults. OH, and there are 2 sets of washer and dryer. This house would be perfect for any family looking for a getaway for a week. So close to almost anything you need. Last – we were a bit nervous about only 4 reviews, rest assured this place is AMAZING! Enjoy your stay.

Color and Style in the perfect location

LOVED this home. The photos are fabulous on this listing but it’s even better in person. So many sleeping and entertainment options right at home. And we didn’t even have a chance to use the hot tub, firepit, and the pool (closed for season of course). And thank you for the supply of high-quality paper goods ;-). The owners are very thoughtful with their choices and we appreciated it. And we walked 8-10 minutes out the back door to dinner 3 nights in a row, as well as walked to the incline railway. We won’t forget this home!

Excellent House

House was just as lovely in person as the pictures indicated. Super clean and lots of little extras to make the stay very enjoyable. Super stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of games, close to lots of things to do in Chattanooga and easy communication with owners were some of the benefits of this property!

A really wonderful experience!

This is a great home. It's probably better than it looks in the pictures because everything that's not shown is also really high quality. The kids bunk room is very well done and has a lot of space to hang out as well as to sleep. We used the lower level bedroom as the Master as the bed is the biggest. The lower level living space is city, with a huge TV. There are blankets and throws and pillows that give it a cozy snuggly feel for a movie with kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. As did the dining area. It's a relief to book a house and bring eight people, to find there's actually seating for eight at the table. We would come back, without question, maybe in the summer to be able to swim in the private pool, or to use the hot tub. Diana was extremely responsive to my questions during our stay. She texted back to me within minutes of my reaching out. However what really stuck with me was the depth and length of her responses. She gave multiple suggestions for restaurants and activities and hikes. To go back to where I started, this is a great home and I highly recommend staying here.

Family fun in Chattanooga

This house was amazing. It have everything you would need for a wonderful stay. 4 bedrooms and lots of places to gather, hot tubs and game areas. It is also so close to Chattanooga activities. Only 7 minutes to rock city, lookout mt and ruby falls and the incline. The host was very easy to communicate with and would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I love the St Elmo neighborhood. It has historic charm and character. We wanted a property we could host a larger group of people. One that had amenities our own families would enjoy.

What makes this property unique

This home truly has it all. It's in a wonderful location - a neighborhood we enjoy spending time in, close to all the things, with a neighborhood park and a walking/bike path that you can spend hours exploring. The home itself has a nice sized pool for cooling off during our hot summers and a hot tub to warm in when the weather gets chilly. The yard is great for hanging out with the kids. The pool has gates with child locks around it. The yard is gated with child locks. So you can sit down, relax, and let the kids play while enjoying the beautiful weather we have. Or have some fun. We really wanted a place people would want to come to with their friends and family. Not to mention every room gives the eye something to find and fall in love with.
