The home is within walking distance to the intracoastal and only a 5 minute ride to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, including Cafe Sapori, Flanigan's Seafood, Tropical Smokehouse, and many shops on Antique Row.

The space
Enjoy living like a local in this historic 1925 Spanish style home. The home features an open concept living space, with a large island, Frigidaire Gallery appliances including a new flat top gas range, microwave, dishwasher and LG washer and dryer.

We are kid friendly! Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has a crib. We can provide clean crib sheets, and some kids toys, upon your request.

The living room and master bedroom both have wall mounted Samsung Smart TVs. All rooms have ceiling fans and central AC. There is one full bathroom in the home.
Guest access
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance in SoSo. There is street parking and also off street parking in the driveway.

There is a small cottage behind the home which is occupied by another tenant. The back patio area is shared.

The back patio area is shared with the back guest cottage where there is another tenant.

We ask that you do not use the bedroom with the crib if you do not have a child sleeping in the room. We also ask that you do not try to open any locked owner's closets as we live here part time and we do keep personal items here.
