This spectacular home is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. While staying at this luxurious home, you are just a few miles from renowned shopping centers such as Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Fashion Square, celebrated golf courses like Stonecreek Golf Club and The Orange Tree Golf Club, as well as access to various restaurants and activities in Paradise Valley Gateway.

In addition to its central location, the designer touches, upscale finishes, and open layout of this home set it apart from the rest. This well-equipped home was carefully curated, using elegant bedroom fixtures, spacious living room accommodations, and an incredible game room (which includes shuffleboard, a pool table, fireplace, bar-top seating, and a 40" TV) to create the ideal vacation home for you and your loved ones.

When remodeling this home, meticulous detail was paid into creating an exquisite resort-style backyard. The backyard includes a saltwater pool with room to lounge, a living area (including a TV and an attached mini-bar), a shaded dining area, a fire pit, a pickleball/basketball court, a bocce ball court, and a sizable putting green. These amenities create an exciting environment for those looking for an adventure as well as tranquility for those looking for a desert getaway.

Great property and Sarah was the best
We loved the house and it had everything you could ask for. We have rented many houses before and this was the first one we didn't have to run out and get items like paper towels and toilet paper as there is usually the bare minimum provided. Sarah was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going well with our trip and asked how she could make it better. Best communication we have ever had and highly recommend her and the property.

Perfection.
This was the BEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, safety features to protect kids around the pool, soooo many things to do indoors and outdoors. When we come back to Scottsdale we will 100% be staying here again!

Sarah was an amazing host. She answered all of my questions (I always have many 🤣) very promptly. House is perfect, has everything you need and is very clean. Great location. We spent most of our time in the pool. The outside space is remarkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Dream yard
The property truly felt like a home and not a rental. All beds were very comfortable, furniture and decor fit the home nicely. We traveled with 3 kids and not one complained about being bored playing endless shuffle board but primarily taking advantage of everything the yard has to offer. Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with as she checked in to see how things were going or when I had a question she was quick to respond. We also traveled with my mother and having that 2nd master at the opposite end of the home was nice privacy for all especially when we stayed up late. Yes, there are some rules to follow just as with any rental but I appreciate that the house is not a party house or a party neighborhood. We still had an incredible vacation and 100% I would book again. You will not regret this property!

Exceptional property down to every detail
We gathered our four adult children for a week to catch up since Holidays didn’t fit all schedules. This home was perfect. We weren’t looking for a daily schedule of activities, and with this world class backyard we didn’t need to! Pickle Ball court, putting green, awesome pool, table top shuffleboard and regulation pool table took care of that. The manager, Sarah, was so great and very welcoming. She was on top of any minor questions we had immediately. I have been renting from vrbo for almost twenty years. This was far and away the best experience ever.

Lots to do
If it's activities you're looking for to keep your family busy, then this place has it. No shortage of fun things for kids and adults to do. The home is very clean and well equipped. The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. There were a few small issues with equipment, but everything was dealt with promptly by the host. Would definitely recommend this place to families looking to spend time together yet have the space to get some alone time. Read the contract carefully, as we discovered that no friends or family outside of your registered guests are allowed on the property. This was the only major disappointment of our Christmas vacation.

Favorite VRBO
Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for a week. It was everything we had hoped it would be - it was a lovely oasis for our time in Scottsdale. Sarah walked us through every step of the process and kept in touch while we were there to check on us and make certain we had all that we needed. We have been blessed to stay in quite a number of VRBOs and this by far was everyone's favorite. We spent the majority of our time outside while at the house. The heated pool was a delight. The beds are all so very comfortable. Close to all types of shopping and restaurants. Our kids are ready to plan our next visit to this amazing home. Hope we are blessed enough to go back!

Great family property
This was a true winner property. The pre arrival communication was clear and timely. Getting acclimated to everything upon arrival was very easy. Very clean and tidy. A perfect backyard to relax and enjoy beautiful days. A well stocked kitchen and household amenities. Definitely a house to return to! Thanks Sarah.

Scottsdale Stay
This was an excellent stay in Scottsdale! The host was very gracious and communicated all information the whole way through! The property included the fire pit, heated pool, hot tub, bocce ball, 9 hole putting green, pickle ball, pool table, and basketball! Practically a Samsung in every room, including the patio! If you’re considering any kind of stay, short or long, this is the place! Once there you won’t want to leave. No need to!! This vacation was a great 5 day escape! Thanks Sarah!!

5-Star Family Experience
Perfect family getaway with activities for all ages. Great 4 day/night stay and we actually didn't have time to experience all of the available amenities but I will add a few highlights below. Outside - Large patio and pool (very clean), putting green, and pickle ball were a hit. Nice grill and fire pit as well. Inside - Spacious layout with pool table, shuffle board, open kitchen, living room and nice bedrooms. Quality Furnishings - A very important feature for us is to Not feel like a rental property. Nice clean home and all furniture was of very good quality from comfortable beds, couches, outdoor furniture, appliances/electronics, sporting equipment, ... Nice location, quiet neighborhood and easy access to shopping or a visit to Old Town. More than enough for our 5 adults + 3 grandchildren. I would Absolutely Recommend this property and look forward to staying again!

The best Home we have stayed in!
I would highly recommend staying at this property. The house is beautiful, it's at a great location. The property manager/owner was extremely responsive to everything that we asked about and needed. It made our stay so much more enjoyable. I also cannot thank them enough for actually having extra toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent for us to use. Not having to go out and purchase those things was such a huge convenience and one that I've actually never experienced before. We had our family and my parents who stayed and we all enjoyed it very much. My parents enjoyed staying in the far bedroom away from the other bedrooms from the kids so they could have a great night's sleep. The kitchen was great and we cooked meals in there every night. We had everything we needed. We also appreciated that there was a little bit of extra stuff such as oil and salt so we didn't have to go out and also purchase those. Just little things like that Make a big difference when you're staying in a home for a week's vacation. Our children greatly enjoyed the pool and the pool table. It was too hot for us to use the hot tub but our kids also loved the golf and basketball. Some thing to do for everyone and I was able to work at the desk in the bedroom this week which was really nice to have. We will be back.

Absolutely Wonderful!
We stayed here for our family’s spring break trip and loved this home so much! We have 3 very active kids and the backyard was perfect for keeping our kids busy with the pool and hot tub, pickle ball, basketball, bocce ball and yard games. The interior of the home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. Very clean and well maintained home! Host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with and even had a list of local restaurants, golf and activities which we really appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing!
This house is incredible and they have thought of everything you could possibly need...from full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to kitchen appliances to a travel crib to all the family games. The house was super clean and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The interior is beautiful, there was plenty of seating for our family of 9, and we loved the child-proofing on all the doors since we had a 2-year-old there. The house is in a nice family neighborhood with tons of nearby restaurants and stores. The backyard sold it for us! Nice pool, fire pit, mini golf, bocce ball, pickle ball and basketball, BBQ, you name it...we used it all! When it rained, we had a pool table, shuffleboard, and lots of games stocked in the cupboard. We'd definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion
We came to Scottsdale for a family reunion and wanted to have fun in the sun! This is the perfect property for a family get away! The interior furnishings and decor are absolutely beautiful! The beds and linens were so comfortable that we took pictures of the tags so that we could buy the same for our homes. Sarah and Maddie provide concierge guest services. Both hosts were very responsive and helpful with any of our needs. The exterior grounds are gorgeous. We swam in the pool, sat by the fire pit in the evening and played hours of pickleball. This is my favorite rental house in Scottsdale!

Amazing Property
If we could give Tatum Place more than 5 stars we would! Property was absolutely wonderful, everything you needed for an amazing resort vacation. We had reservations as some great local restaurants but ended up staying home to BBQ’n and enjoy all the amenities the home offered...Pickleball, Bocce Ball, Basketball, Putting Green, Cornhole, Shuffleboard, Pool, and Pool Table. Sarah and the Modern Retreat team made the stay wonderful. She was extremely responsive and had all the amenities of home in this wonderful property. We highly recommend Tatum Place for you next vacation, and we plan to come back to stay soon!
