*Scottsdale/Phoenix have very strict occupancy and quiet hours rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if rules aren't followed.

*Parking- 3 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.

*Occupancy Max- 10 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).

*Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

*Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.

*If you check-out on a major holiday (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day), you will be charged 1.5x the normal cleaning fee. If it can be rescheduled to the next day, we will coordinate that so there are no extra fees.

*You will be responsible for a 4% credit card fee if you cancel prior to 60 days in advance.
