The second level also has second bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath, as well as a washer and dryer. The ground level includes a one-car garage and storage area.

Relaxing Downtown TC Get Away

This is the third year that we've stayed at the property for 4 weeks. It is well located with easy access to everything that downtown TC offers. The condo is quiet, clean and well appointed with a secure garage for parking one car. We'll be back next year.

Terrific Downtown Traverse City Stay

This is our second time staying at this property for over a month. It is well located just outside the traffic congestion yet near all the restaurants and downtown activities. The condo is well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this property and will stay here next year when we are in town for the horse show.

Great location/Beautiful home

On this trip we just stayed a few days, but after we settled in, we were able to walk to Breakfast, lunch or dinner, (or cook a nice meal in) go shopping or take a scenic walk along the bay. All without driving anywhere!! Beautiful home and great location.

Long weekend getaway

My wife and i decided to take a mini vacation after a long winter. This is our second time staying here. The place is perfect, and you cannot beat the location. We'll probably come back again in the fall.

Elegant and Walkable

This property was impeccable. The kitchen was so gorgeous, I wish I had come to cook but this two night stay was also walking distance to all the great restaurants in Traverse City so -- sorry kitchen! Maybe next time. If you stay here though, make sure you have really great knees. Long steep stairs up from the garage and again up to bedrooms.

Great location for vacation!

This property is perfect because it's within walking distance of so many restaurants and great shopping. It's also close to the beach and within a short drive of other great things to do, like sightseeing and winery tours. We will definitely plan another stay.

Lovely stay in fabulous location. Very clean, nice beds. Would definitely rent again. One suggestion to owner would be to have coffee available in the morning. We got in late and no grocery close. We loved Traverse City!

The location was amazing. Right downtown within walking distance to all the hotspots

Great location, nice place

We rented this condo for a weekend to attend a conference within walking distance. Because we had different schedules, we had two cars, which did create an expensive parking situation as there is only a one-car garage, and no on-street overnight parking. However, the condo is very nice, both bedrooms are ensuite and comfortable. It is so close to the main shopping district of Traverse City, it's a great place to land for that reason alone.

Snow shoe get away

Was very excited that this property was available when we needed a place to rent. Property was better than pictures showed and the location was close to everything downtown. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful Place!

This is an excellent place to stay in TC. The location is phenomenal - it’s a quick walk to Eighth or Front. It was quite cold in TC for our January stay, but we had a ton of options for places within walking distance. The condo is nicely furnished, clean, and included good amenities (quality sheets and towels, plates, silverware). We were able to use the garage, which was awesome. Would definitely stay again!

Close to lots of attractions

We like to stay in this condo because we can walk to many places including a grocery store and many restaurants and shops. The Grand Traverse Bay is also within walking distance for a trip to the beach, in season, or just a stroll along the water.
