Pool: The Pool Area is only for 2 people per apartment and for a maximum period of 2 hours. (Internal Regulations of the Building)

If you wish to reserve this area, an additional payment must be made for the administration of the building and the guest is free to use the grill privately for a maximum period of 6 hours, children's play area, gym and small garden.

Check-In time is 1:00 pm and Check-Out time is 11:00 am (we ask that you leave the apartment on time so that the cleaning staff can carry out the inspection and comply with the Check-In of the next customer.

he rental of the apartment includes only 2 parking spaces for 2 small cars that are not very large or have a grill (large cars or trucks are parked outside the building). The parking lot is in basement 3 and the curves are narrow. It is recommended that you take this detail into account when renting cars.

It is the guest's responsibility to take care of all furniture, bedding, towels and objects in the apartment.
