Welcome to our 2BR Oasis in Paradise: Beach Manor B-313

You know that feeling when you have finally arrived and now you can relax? This is where it begins! Kick off your shoes and make your way to the balcony, sink into the chair and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, listen to the sound of the surf and let it melt all your stresses away. There is no question that this is the place to be. Spoil yourself just a little and make your Florida vacation one to cherish. With newly updated decor, linens, and always sure to please this will be a family vacation to keep close to your heart.

Our two bedroom, beachfront condo is located on the 3rd floor of one of the most desirable buildings on the gulf, Tops'l Beach Manor. This property backs up to the Sandestin Resort. This Condo has been completely updated and you will find it has many of the qualities of a custom home. It sleeps 8.

As you enter the living area, you are drawn to the amazing view ahead of the famous Emerald Coast. Now you know you have arrived. The living area features a unique view of the Gulf. The sofa is a queen size sleeper for additional accommodations.

The kitchen features lovely cabinetry, lighting, and solid granite counter tops.

The master bedroom also faces the ocean and has the same panoramic view with an entire wall of windows and balcony access. It features a king-sized bed and tastefully appointed furnishings. The Master bath has custom tile work on the shower/tub enclosure and a new custom vanity with granite counter top. The 2nd Bedroom features 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a separate bathroom.

Tops'l Resort has long been noted as a great resort along the Emerald Coast. Tops'l is much less crowded than other nearby locations on the beach. The area highlights include 4 world-class golf courses. A world of activities are available and you will be able to experience them all while staying at Tops'l Beach Manor

The Village at Baytowne Wharf is not to be missed within Sandestin Resort on the North side of Hwy 98. 'It's like New Orleans & Seaside Community all rolled into one place'. They've built New Orleans architecture, with cobblestone streets - pathways - alley's - & gas lights. There's music & food everywhere, specialty shops, candy maker shop, the village bakery, & the entire place is just dripping with atmosphere. There's something for every member of the family. Music on the green is the fare during most in-season & many other nights of the year.

Great place for family

Had a great stay at Beach Manor. Everything was setup well, and family had a wonderful time for spring break. Clean, convenient, and fantastic location near lots of activity, but can also find quiet with nature preserve just past the few beach houses to the east. Would definitely book again.

Perfect stay for group of 6!

This condo was very clean with beautiful furnishings and spectacular views! It had everything we needed: cable, coffee maker, and a Keurig, as well as FOUR bunk beds perfect for teen boys! Thank you for a great stay!!

The Beach Manor Sweet Spot

Perfect spot for your vacation at the beach! Great setup for a family of 3 to 6 (2 adults and up to 4 kids. Close proximity and easy access to the parking garage, stairs to the beach and pool, and plenty of other activities to keep the kids busy including miniature golf, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. Not to mention the peace and tranquility that the Tops’L resort is known for due to its strategic location.

Fall Break Trip

Room and resort were wonderful. Amazing view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Had everything we needed and was centrally located to stores and restaurants. Paul was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay here in the future.

This was the best condo for our needs. There was 2 adults and 5 teenagers. We all had plenty of room to spread out. The condo was super clean and very nice!! The owner Paul was very helpful and was always quick to text back when there was a need. We will be renting this condo again for next year!!

This is a great spot for us!

We had a great stay at Tops'l. I really like being so close to the beach and the amenities they offer here. It doesn't feel crowded, relatively quiet, but there are quite a few people enjoying their vacation. No problems checking in, great communication with the host and lots of things written for us which we appreciated. We could park on the 3rd level and walk to the condo without taking the elevator and it was super easy walk to get to the beach. The place has beautiful big windows looking right at the beach and a small deck outside. The condo isn't fancy, but had what we needed and was comfortable. There is nothing in the kitchen like tin foil, salt, pepper, etc. so bring ALL of that kind of thing if you are going to cook. They also provided minimal dishwashing, laundry pods, toilet paper, etc. so be mindful of that if you are staying more than a few days. We appreciated the locker with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. I would stay here again.

Annual Vacation to Tops’l

I have stayed at Tops’l during this week, almost every year, for over 30 years. I have stayed in Beach Manor for about 10. This was easily the very best experience I have had. The owner made check in, and the week, extremely easy for me and my children. The beach is pristine, the water was see through turquoise (until the Destin grass arrived) and the condo is central to a number of kid friendly restaurants and activities, shopping and grown up activities as well. Highly recommend.

Tops'l Beach Manor

Loved this property! So clean and neat and the views are breathtaking! The unit was in perfect order and had everything you could need in a vacation home! The owners are super nice and communicated with us throughout the process. The property is fantastic and loved the beach bar! Would recommend highly and we will be back!

Owners are Paul and Tonia Fryer. We are both from North Louisiana and have been frequent visitors to the SanDestin area for many years. We have several children who range in age from 17 to 38.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy the SanDestin area and find that it has something for young and old alike. If you are into Golf, this area has many excellent courses within a 5-10 minute drive. The views from the Condo simply can't be beat. It is located on the 3rd floor and provides very amazing views of the beach.

What makes this property unique

If you are a Beach person, it is hard to beat the Emerald Coast with it's sugar white sands and beautiful water. Beach Chairs and an umbrella are provided with the condo. There are too many quality restaurants in the immediate area to mention. The Condo is recently upgraded and has stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with a fully stocked Keurig Coffee Maker. This Beachside location simply can't be beat with food, entertainment, and shopping are just a few minutes away.
