Newly renovated Oceanfront Condo - This 2-bedroom condo is the perfect oceanfront vacation. Located ON the beach! You and your guests can enjoy salt air breezes from the covered patio and the beach all day. Take a stroll to the nearby restaurants or shops or stay in! The home is stocked with everything you need for a quick stay or an extended vacation.

It is professionally decorated and includes all the necessary amenities—an oceanfront patio to take in the scenery and relax in the shade. The beach is your backyard. Step off the patio and take a few steps to the beach through your direct access.

A cozy villa perfect for small groups and hosts up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and smart TV. The guest room has a king bed and a smart TV. The living room has a sofa, and an air mattress is provided for overflow guests.

Beach essentials are provided, so pack your suit and sunscreen. Once you get here, you won't want to leave.

Are you looking to book for a bigger group? We also have Ocean Villa 2, upstairs to this villa, as part of our Ocean Villas booking. It also hosts up to 6.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

Tournament Players Championship Weekend

We had tickets to the Tournament Players Championship and the condo was a perfect distance from the venue and located right on the water. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. Highly recommend staying here.

There were some maintenance issues with the unit we reserved at the last minute. We were very quickly put into a better unit. The managers are fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

Great time in a clean comfy unit!

Loved the lanai, loved the beds and the sofa, all the streaming channels you would want! The property manager was responsive to every call and text before and during our stay. We arrived to no water— construction on the street had broken a water pipe. Communication from the owner was key—we went to lunch and it was back on when we returned! Well stocked, good location, no complaints!

Lovely and convenient

Our stay in Ocean Villa was perfect. Fenced in backyard for the dog with direct access. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach. We loved the screened in patio and the villa came perfectly appointed with everything needed. We stayed a week and had a great stay! Would definitely return.

Clean and cozy Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and cozy condo. It was so nice to have a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the hosts having beach chairs and bikes for our use as well. We spent a lot of time in the enclosed porch. Thank you!

Short Stay - Perfect

The only, only thing that would have made this better would have been some fluffly blankets for the couch. We made due with the spreads from the beds. Very, very nice and luxury decor that made it even better. I wish we stayed longer!

Steps from the beach!

Great location just steps from the beach. The condo has been renovated, and the kitchen is lovely. It is also situated near lots of restaurants and shopping.Everything you need is there and the lania is a nice place for breakfast or coffee. Loved the chairs! The bathrooms are a little weird as the sinks and mirror are built higher than in a standard bathroom. Aside from that, the condo is very comfortable and homey. The Loved our stay here.

Jax Beach Gem

This rental is pretty perfect - location is great, finishes and comfort level of all areas were top notch and everything was easy to find! Our family of five were all impressed with beach access, beach necessities readily available, the kitchen well supplied and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable with nice decor. We had great beach time, family game/movie time on the rainy night, good restaurants nearby (Bearded Pig BBQ is a MUST!) and nice drive to Ponte Vedra and St Augustine. We had an issue with a clogged shower drain the first night but maintenance came out quickly and took care of it for us. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Perfect beachfront getaway

Our family of 5 absolutely enjoyed our time at the condo. Loved that we could walk out to the beach from our condo and the sunroom was the perfect place to unwind and listen to the ocean. Super clean and definitely a great place for a stay.

Great beach getaway

The condo was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the provided beach wagon and towels. Kids loved sitting on the patio in the hanging chairs. The beach is immediately behind the property and on the ground level you can just exit the gate from the rear patio. Beds we’re comfortable. We would consider staying again. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bath vanities are built for very tall people. My wife could only see her forehead in the mirror and the way the vessel sinks are set back she couldn’t wash her face. The kids couldn’t use their sink. I went out and grabbed some stools from Target and that took care of it. Perhaps if stools were furnished in the future this would be ideal. Overall this is one of the cleaner, comfortable, and well managed rentals we have been in.

Great spot!

The property was very nice, conveniently located and very well stocked for our stay! My only suggestion is to get the air/ thermostat figured out. It is a Nest system so I do not know if someone was signing in to turn the air up or if there are programmed settings but each time we turned the air down, it would get turned back up. Several evenings after being gone during the day, we would return and it would be very warm inside making it uncomfortable to sleep. We would turn it down and I would wake up in the middle of the night to it being turned back up. Other than that, we very much enjoyed it and would stay there again.
